Great aparthotel with well thought out room layout, we got a room with a great view of the Garona! Everything in the room is clean and in line with the photos on Booking.com. Bed was also comfortable with a quality mattress. The hotel is located in a modern neighbourhood, close to the Cité du Vin, some supermarkets and a lovely food market (Les Halles Bacalan) where you can try a lot of local foods, ranging from cheese to oysters, and complement it with some lovely local wine. There are public transport stops close to the hotel; the tram is a very convenient way to quickly get to the centre of the city and wander around there or visit restaurants without having to think about where to park your car. We initially asked for an early check in and were told that this would only be possible if a room was ready for us, but that it was not guaranteed. However, we were given a room right on arrival and checked into the hotel at 10 am not having to wait for some extra 5 hours, for which we would like to extend a special thanks to the hotel staff once again. Upon departure, we were also allowed to leave the car in the hotel parking lot for some time after the checkout, which was very convenient as it allowed us to walk around the city a little more before leaving. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bordeaux and will be back here again on our next trip!

Location was perfect. Room looking to the bridge and experience of watching the cruiser flowing under the hanging part of bridge was really something, don't happen often. The room is eaxct as on photos, even larger. Foldable table and one more foldable chair is an extra for having the meal in room since there is a few steps around corner the huge market, if you decide to prepare something in well equipped kitchen. AC in mid of August was wery well since you need to close the window during the night, the street is noisy but insulation is perfect. Parking underground with a lot of places was confortable, close to elevator. Would stay again here. This is self serviced appartment, and if you need to cjang towels and need more toiletry, just ask for it at teception, the personel imediately add exyra or change towels or washing capsules, etc.

No better place to stay in Bordeaux, if you need studio and car park.

The property is situated perfectly. Being in the cité du vin quarter it is just in front of a tramway station that takes you anywhere in the city. It is also next to a river promenade that is full of cafes and restaurants. The staff are really nice and helpful. We were able to change our ground floor rim to a room with a beautiful view on the river. Our 4 days stay in Bordeaux was really pleasant.

I think the only drawback that is substantial is that there is no free cleaning in the apartments. As it has a hotel status I would expect this service in the price.

Access to the accommodation was very easy as the reception is manned 24/7. All the reception staff we met were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was on 5th floor, accessed via lift and we had an amazing river view. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, the bed was large and very comfortable. Great attention to detail including individual night reading lights and plenty of power points. There was good quality kitchen/glass-wear and cooking facilities including a dishwasher and coffee maker - everything seemed in brand new condition. Riverside shops and cafes are just across the road and Cite Du Vin tram stop is within a minute's walk!

I loved everything. Maybe if twin rooms were available (rooms with two separate single beds) I may have opted for that instead.

The reception , lift and hallway to apartment had a sewage smell, we asked to change rooms but none available however they did bring a” machine “ which surprisingly removed it from apartment in a couple of hours ! It did seem to come and go , shame as it’s really an excellent apartment except for the weird smell

Good location with easily access to many attractions via trams and buses. The room is very clean and modern. Staff is friendly and very helpful and available 24/7. I like that the place is quiet and no noise especially in the morning. My security concerns are satisfied with access-only card when you use the lift to your floor.

The kitchenette/ dining area is quite tiny, not enough elbow room. Also the fan over cooking/heating up food area doesn’t work so I have to mop up excess moisture gathering along the worktop area.

I stayed only 1 night with my wife and my son and we had a great time at this place. The location is great because you have "Monoprix" (to buy food or beverages for the room), restaurants, tramway very close to this place. It takes like 20 minutes to go to the center of the city. We booked the studio room and it was very clean and spacious. It was cool to have a kitchen to prepare the meals. The staff was friendly to guide us to the parking and replace the faulty TV in our room.

It wasn't a very big deal but the TV is not a smart TV, So, no Netflix on the TV

Well situated, underground parking, close to Lidl supermarket, Marché des Quais on Sundays and historic areas which we enjoyed, as well as the Cité du Vin museum at 5 minutes from apartement. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Breakfast is offered if you wish to pay for it on main floor restaurant.

Could have better lighting as lighting is pretty dim. No toaster for breakfast but this is a minor detail as when you are in France, croissant or the likes is breakfast...small living area when you are three...sofabed needs to be closed to be able to use the dining table and circulate freely.

Affordable, clean and practical place to visit Bordeaux from, right by the tram line overlooking river and Cité du Vin. Supermarkets and shops nearby. Bed was comfortable, small kitchen was useful. Great view of the Jacques Chaban Delmas bridge opening.

A little far to walk into the centre of town. Air conditioner blows quite hard. There is a bar over the road that was very loud on a couple of nights.
