The staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed. An absolutely fantastic breakfast service and such a helpful pleasant efficient team - they remembered our morning drinks orders and we really enjoyed chatting with them each morning. Fabulous selection of food - fruit, pastries, toast, eggs, meat, yoghurt and gluten free options too. Delicious. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely heated pool, very relaxing if you don't fancy the beach or if weather a bit rubbish. Very near to the beach segment - italy has a very strange way of dividing the beach per hotel area so that there is not really any free public access and beds are pricey but this is Italy not the hotel. Easy to walk to the main street for shopping and restaurants and PLENTY of choice within minutes of some fantastic eateries. All types - casual to fancy. Also near to a small supermarket if you want your own snacks. Would stay here again.

We loved everything about this hotel. If you want a real Romagnola experience with outstanding service, 5-course meals twice a day - plus an incredible breakfast you have to come here. The owner, the front desk, the Maitre'd, the wait staff and the cleaning staff all make sure every attention to detail is taken care of. The dining room runs perfectly, Marco and the staff will anticipate your every need. This is where you come to feel good. The owner also organizes cocktails and special evenings over an above what you expect.

it was a small hotel with a great family feel staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful .we only had breakfast there but it was good .there is lots of restaurants about .The hotel was very clean every were .they were even hovering leaves from round the pool ,which was heated.

if you want to experience Romagnola Hospitality at its best - stay here. The food is outstanding, you have plenty of choices, and you will eat really well. The staff is professional, and friendly. they really want to see you happy. The hotel and the room is very clean.

Very kind staff, hotel have swimming heated pool, as we were not in season it was great possibility to enjoy pool part as well, free parking and bike rent for explore Riccone. Separately i would like to highlight a restoran service and possibility to choose from dinner and lunch menu, they have so lot of possibility from list and additionally cakes, fruits, vedegatbeles i can't list all of them but i was amaizing.

We had perfect 5 course served dinner. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is also very good. Our room was and there was, free parking. Hotel is close to the beach and has a pool, if you like to stay there.

We heard all noise from other rooms, it seems that walls are too thin, not sound proof.
