Property is extremely clean and well-maintained. Staff is kind and helpful. Location is out of the center but convenient enough to square and bus station, 15 minute walk. Grateful for the fridge though I don't use microwave. Shower pressure, h/c water were good. Good bath towels. Strong A/C and overhead fan. Wifi worked well. Plenty of storage. Room is simple, clean, functional and good value.

On a busy street and sometimes quite noisy but not so much late at night. Sometimes I heard repetitive machine sounds, not sure from where at night. I would have liked a coffee machine and water dispenser or some bottles offered either in the room or on the premises since there is no cafe in the immediate area especially during heavy rains. It is a bit out of the way and only a small store around the corner. Also, there could have been an ice tray in the freezer and more dishes and utensils. During the rains, some nearby streets were extremely flooded so access to hotel was sometimes difficult.

Good location as it is quiet and not too far from the centre. The room is spacious with a large wardrobe, tavel and chairs, fridge, and microwave. Comfortable bed. Staff were friendly, and it was nice to come back to a clean and replenished room.

Unable to use card when we arrived so had to use cash. No bedside table on the right side slept, so used a chair. Maybe a small shelf or small table would work. Could possibly do with a bedside light as the main ones are a bit bright. Some ants in the bathroom

- Ants - Cleaning staff is very noisy starting from 9.00 am, and they wake you up at 10.30 am by knocking on the door. You'd better ask a receptionist not to disturb you until a desired hour. - It lacks extra security on the hotel's territory. They do not always control who enters the hotels, the front door was always open. - TV of low quality, no Youtube - Slightly dark and humid room. My room was located on the ground floor, so there was no window at all.

Hotel is well-located, a 15-minute walk from the bus station and less than a 10-minute walk to the main plaza. Hotel staff was kind and attentive. Wifi worked well for remote work. Bed was a good size for a single person and comfortable. The apartment was clean and well-cared for. Kitchen has cups, plates, cutlery, fridge, and microwave (no stovetop, kettle, or coffee machine). Large closet and plenty of storage space. Hotel was quiet, rarely heard noise. There are blackout curtains in the bedroom. Air conditioning and fans worked well (although aircon is only in the bedroom, the kitchen and bathroom remained noticeably warmer even when it was running).

There was an issue when I checked in with the property's credit card terminal, so I was not able to pay with card upon arrival. However, they allowed me to pay later, and I was able to pay with card once they fixed the terminal.

room was clean and tidy when we came, we came little earlier and receptionist helped us keep our things locked up until the check in - which was super helpful! close to main square, cenote and bus and collectivo stations!

cleaning crew went into our room without us asking, I know some people are expecting them to clean every day - for us it was little discomforting, to see our personal things being moved around the room. I would recommend little hangers with “ do not disturb “ that you can leave on the door knobs

The location was quite central: ~15 minutes walk from the main bus station. Despite arriving quite late (9pm), we were attended at the reception and given keys to the room. The room was spacious and quite well ventilated. There was also a small kichenette, where basic utensils were available & the fridge. After our stay, the hosts were kind to store our suitacases until our departure time. I liked the look of the internal patio too.

We were given a room on groud floor just off the main street, which was quite noisy at evenings and early morning times. When I asked if there is a possibility to change this, I was told it was't possible and no other options were offered.

Clean, most of the staff is super friendly and willing to help, the room is basic but has everything you need if you just use it at a place to sleep and see the city

It is clone to the Center but still a little off from most of the cafes and restaurants. To ADO bus station or collectivos it is 10-15min walking

Location is perfect, 2-3 mins walk away from the center. The room and facility is clean. The bed is comfortable. They have a little garden and terrace at the back, we had all our breakfasts there. The staff is friendly, respectful, always smile.

The credit card machine didn't work our entire stay, we couldn't pay by card. How can you operate a hotel and don't have a working card machine, that was our only issue.

It is a fantastic hotel. The room is clean and comfortable with two big, comfortable beds with white, clean sheets and towels. There are two desks, a fridge, a microwave and an air conditioning. The bathroom isn't big and a washbasin is outside, in the niche.

It's a bit far on foot from the centre.
