The room was chic and the bed was comfortable with crisp linen. The balcony was a real bonus and was a pleasant and relaxing addition to the room at the beginning/end of the day. The receptionist was helpful by giving clear instructions to a parking area and helping with the luggage.

This room offered everything we required except perhaps another English channel on the TV. as it did rain during our stay and we retreated to our room for a couple of hours.

I really appreciated the staff which was polite, friendly and ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean. The terrace was a big bonus, although I did not have time to make use of it. I also liked very much the view. The breakfast is not included in the room fee and may be purchased separately, if one wishes, but I think it is worth it, especially when compared to other locations. In addition, there are some foods/dishes that could be cooked on the spot, on demand, which is very nice!

Depending on the situation, if guest are loud, noises can be heard. At the time I checked-in there were some families with young children in the hotel (though I never run into them at breakfast!) and I could hear some crying and some bumping during the night (but it stopped after 10.00-11.00 pm). It was manageable in the end and I am only mentioning this for people who, as me, have a light sleep and go to bed early.

In overall, nice place to stay with great staff. I had stayed only one night for business and everything went smooth. Breakfast was also nice. I would recommend the place. The design is rather classical compared to modern.

They should notify you before that the heater was off by default and you need to turn it on manually. Also, I didn't like the fact that the toilet is in a separate room than the sink. Maybe this is different for other rooms, or an intentional design decision, idk.

Really helpful staff. Good response to emails. Stored our bikes for us and explained about the parking. Easy walk into the beautiful city centre and to the park. Room was really comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean . Breakfast was lovely fresh continental. Again the staff were friendly and helpful . Would definitely recommend this property.

We got a nice upgrade to a suite, providing a nice bit of extra room for our small amount of luggage. All around everything looked clean and well maintained. We were on the side of the court yard and here was no noise coming from outside.

There was a slight humming sound, just barely audible, but when it did stop, it's absence was noted and appreciated. But it seemed to be present most of the time. I'm not sure if it was from ventilation or a compressor. It was the only thing that I would have changed.

The location is extraordinary, on the edge of the old town, 15 minutes on foot to the Notre Dame church. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean and tidy.

It would be good if there was a fridge in the room and if the bathroom was a little bigger.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean, the hotel located jn a quiet and nice area that is 12-15 min away from the historical center by walk. The stuff was very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend it and go back to it when I revisit Strasbourg. Thank you!

The Hotel is well located and the room was excellent. The room we stayed had a balcony and it has got amazing views. The staff was extremely cooperative and responsible. The 24h service is really great. The breakfast was detailed and nice. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would like to stay again there when we visit Strasbourg.

The staff were amazing and I had the most gorgeous room with a view from the rooftop over to the Notre Dame Cathedral. It was also very quiet and cool with AC. The best hotel experience I have had on my 3 week holiday in Europe.

Very nice room (junior suite), with a comfortable bed and quality bedding. The shower was also excellent! The suite was very welcoming and the staff had added nice little touches to make it feel special. The staff were really very friendly and helpful, with good knowledge about where to eat and local transport etc. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

I don't have any complaints, it was all very good.
