Brand new, modern and eclectic hotel, brightly colored and unique. Staff was excellent. –Cami, Michele, Antoine were all very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, and couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Rooms are small, but very adequate for a 1 to 3 nights stay . Good location, close to tram or walkable to Christmas villages. Thank you for a great stay .

No bottled water in the room.

Everything was good overall, we got a problem with our booking elsewhere so booked ibis at 7pm on the day of the stay - it was all ready and personnel super nice and helpful.

Some coffee/tea/bottle of water in the room would be appreciated. Also in one of the rooms (we booked 2) there was something ressembling a fire alarm above the bed which was blinking quite intense red non-stop.

I have read some negative reviews of this hotel so I didn't know what to expect, but the room was really, really nice. I had a big bed, fridge in the kitchen and big bathroom. The room was clean and spacious, it exceeded my expectations.

The room was oriented to the inner block, so at 6 am I got wake up by garbage truck, but I understand that's something you can't influence. The wifi connection could be better, I think I could reach the network, but it was slow for my laptop. My room has also never been cleaned during 4-night stay, I would be thankful for clean at least once as I was the only one in the room, but paid like for two persons so maybe I would expect kinda better service.

The property was super clean as it is a new building and the staffs were very helpful. We enjoyed the stay there. Must say, very comfortable beds!

Dental kit could have been included in the booking. Breakfast options mostly had bread varieties only. Could have been better!

Hotel in an old beautiful tenement house, close to the city. Rooms spacious and high. Kitchenette with a fridge. The car park is private and it can be said that it is closed, unfortunately small. There are two elevators. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean. And the night is very quiet

We had three rooms and there was something wrong with the door in each one, it was hard to close or it stuck. As far as there is Wifi, it is definitely not in the rooms

You cannot ask for more than what they provide at this rate. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff, the cleaners and even the owner (Helped me in finding an apartment in the city of Strasbourg) everybody is awesome there. The studio was quite spacious with all the basic things that you might need during your stay (a kitchenette with utensils, bathroom with towels etc.). And about the staff, Sam is nice guy who helped me over desk (I don't know the names of the other desk people but that does not mean I forgot them, You all guys made my stay here special). I can go on here but I don't want to make it long. Near to almost everything within 10-15 walking distance. Grocery stores nearby (corner of building, he is a turkish guy and now a friend of mine ;))and some sites to visit too. So again, thanks for everything guys. Since I am in Strasbourg I will be visiting there often to say hello :)

It's a great hotel, well located for exploring Strasbourg, visiting friends or business. Clean, located near a tram stop, within walking distance of the city centre. What more do you need?

Cap Europe's own booking website really needs improvement. Come on guys! Move with the times!

Great location, great price. Very good pressure and temperature of water in the shower.

Toilet was broken so to flush I had to jam my fingers into the interior of the toilet tank and pull. WiFi would break form time to time. But other than that everything was fine.

It’s brand new, clean, great breakfast and not far from the Christmas market.

Only 2 twin beds in rooms.
