The stuff was always helpful. Bed was comfortable altough I would expect a single mattress not two of them combined on one bed. The neighbourhood was quiet and I felt safe. There was a bus stop nearby.

The floor was not clean - you could see some dark hair on the floor. Additionally there were stains on the bedsheets - it was washed, however stains did not wash off completely. I would expect the hotel to throw such bedsheets away… The hotel also promised that the rooms will be muted, yet I could hear easily what was happening in other rooms through the doors.

I liked the fact that I was offered an upgrade. The location is also fine. There are lots of buses and metro to go to the city center. There are also lots of pubs and restaurants in the area. Great view to the Church and the river.

Not enough hangers in the bathroom, so you wonder where exactly to hang the bathrobe or the towels.

The room was clean, and spacious. Our balcony (room 108) had a really nice view of the main street and the church. The receptionists were really kind and helpful (helping with directions, attractions etc.). The locations is a chill suburban area, with delicious breakfast places, restaurants (even at night as well). With public transport, you can reach the inner city in 30 mins.

Next time, outdoor chairs would be nice on the balcony

Hotel was in an excellent location, rooms were clean and there was lots of space. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to explore northern Rome. Staff was super friendly and helpful (taxis, recommendations, etc). Breakfast was delicious and Dolly (the breakfast attendant) is cheerful and brings a wonderful start to the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect to my needs. Room was comfy and clean. Staff at the reception very nice and helpful. Staff at breakfast very nice and attentive.

Room maybe a bit small but ok

The hotel is older, but clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast on the terrace with a view of the surroundings. Quite far from the historic center, but the position is ideal for attending an event at the Stadio Olimpico.

The breakfast was excellent, very traditional and the view is very nice. Staff were very helpful and Friendly. Short walk to Stadio Olimpico and the restaurants and cafes close by were very good. This is a vintage style hotel which should be expected in Rome.

Not a huge problem but I could hear the people in the next room early hours in the morning.

Lovely staff, so helpful and polite. The hotel has had a makeover since I last stayed and is now less tired looking,, but still pleasantly cosy.

Hard mattress. The Italians tend to prefer hard mattresses, but it might be nice to have some toppers handy for guests who prefer a softer landing. Not an issue for this hotel in particular, just a generally frequent thing in this country.

Breakfast was fantastic each morning ! The roof top cafe is a treasure! The shower was great - good water pressure and nice and hot! Our room had plenty of space and a cute little balcony!

Nothing - it was the perfect place!

The location was great, the bed was very comfortable, fluffy towels and bathrobe. The room was quiet.

I chose the upgraded room with a “terrace” which turned out to be a small balcony on the Main Street. It was not worth the extra money.
