The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property was well kept. The lobby was clean and had coffee all day.

The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were horrible. No hot water on our final day there. We were unable to shower before we had to leave for the airport.

The property was nice. The front desk staff was great! Room was very comfortable.

The staff in the breakfast area was rude kept tell my 7 year old daughter to move out of her way. Please understand it’s a small area, there were a lot of people that morning and she was looking for somewhere to stand out of the other GUESTS way.

We had breakfast there once and overall it was excellent, dining area clean. The only thing that I did not like was that the area where the food was located it didn't have the coffee table there it was by the entrance of the hotel.

I was very curious as to why there is a parking fee to park a vehicle at this hotel when other hotels don't have the additional charges. Plus I had paid for my booked room before arrival and I was still charged an addition $50 security on top of that there was an additional charge of $11.73. The front desk told me that they were reversing those charges and it would be noted on the printed receipt which it wasn't.

Easy Uber from airport. lobby was busy but organized. Breakfast was good. Fast check in and check out. Room was clean and fresh, bed was comfortable.

No shuttle from airport. Checkout was crowded as everyone was at the exact same time. Not hotels fault but tons of luggage left by people who were eating breakfast in the way. Seating was full, some with people’s bags. Lots of cruisers.

There really wasn't much to choose from i,e, no bagels or bread, waffle maker didn't have any mix so we had to ask for some, basically it wasn't up to speed with Hampton Inn breakfast.

I had an early flight and got in at 10:30 a.m. and even though there were rooms available I had to pay $50 early check in fee which they said they'd bill me for separate. When I got my credit card statement the were 2 charges: one was $60 and another for $10. When I called Hampton Inn they simply said the WAS the charge.

Very convenient location to every destination I had to attend pretty much central location for me

I did not have any issues. Therefore, there was nothing I could say that I did not think about the property.

insanely comfortable bed. wonderful food. Above-and-beyond kind asst GM who extended checkout time to accommodate family picking up me and my son after the noon checkout.

1. Having to pay a convienence fee of $50 additional which was not in the Hotel policy . 2. Paying $10.00 parking fee each night which again was not in the policy ( We would have stayed somewhere else). 3. Informed Hotel that we are disabled and yet the room had a regular bathroom this made it hard for my wife to shower as well as for me.

Staff was very pleasant and responsive to every query. The gym was clean and the equipment were in excellent condition.

Refrigerator was not freezing.

Yolanda who worked the morning breakfast was amazing. She is the very best I have ever encountered in my world travels.

Waiting for a room to open, but I did request a ground floor which was the last floor to be cleaned so I understood.
