Really lovely hotel! Friendly staff who were helpful and concise Lovely personal touches - biscuits and note on door handle morning of check-out, and birthday wine Very central - about 5 mins from train station and Duomo. Lots of restaurants nearby Room was small but this was ok and adequate for the stay - it was big enough (bigger than I expected based on other reviews) Bed was also a good size and very comfortable I’d definitely come back here if staying in Florence again

Breakfast is excellent. Best meal of each day for us. The quadruple room we had was spacious. There were a few issues, such as heating, lighting but the staff resolved them quickly.

The only complaint is they are going through renovations and we were not forewarned with loud pounding from 8AM-5PM. We were jetlagged as Florence was our first stop. We couldn't take any nap with the pounding right above us. They stopped for 30 minutes after we complained. It was painful to have that noise when we badly needed a rest.

Truly enjoyed my stay here! Every member of the staff was lovely, super welcoming and accommodating - especially the blonde girl from reception (sorry, didn't get her name!). The room was ideal for a solo traveller - it had all the necessary amenities, was very clean and had a comfortable bed. The location is lovely too, right next to the Mercato Centrale which is useful to grab a quick bite/drink, and only five minutes away from Piazza del Duomo. If you enjoy walking then this is a great choice to explore this beautiful city. Will definitely reconsider for a future stay (hopefully very soon).

Everything was amazing, the staff were very accommodating and even prepared bags for us to take in the morning with breakfast inside when we were going to be too early for a sit down breakfast. My colleague wanted to practice his Italian and the reception staff were great at accommodating him and having conversations in the morning. We stayed in the single rooms and were very nicely surprised at the size of the beds, they were a good size, much bigger than a standard single. One morning my colleague left his wallet on the table and the staff went out of their way to call me to let me know that they had it and kept it safe until we returned in the evening.

Small, but cozy and clean room on the third floor. We had everything we needed in it including small fridge and kettle. Breakfast was included and it was a great start of our days. Fresh fruits, pastry, eggs, pancakes, bacon, you name it. Final touch with a postcard and cookies in a small bag at the day we left on the door handle - this is how every hotel should do. Such a small thing, but it made my day. Thank you to great hotel staff!

For tall people like I am (195cm) the bed was short. Though it is super subjective, since for majority of people it won’t be a problem. Open Wi-Fi I see as a super bad practice since many people might not use it as not secure. And yeah, it was the slowest elevator I’ve seen in 31 years 😆

The hotel is very well located, close to the main train station and the trams from the airport (both a short walk). All main attractions are also a close walk (10-15 mins). Very good breakfast (large continental style selection, not many hot options, but we are in Italy after all). The room was small, but comfortable.

Terrible wifi connection, almost impossible to use, slow and unstable, even just surf some websites was a pain. The room was very hot, the ventilation almost not existent, and the window couldn't be opened, so you get very bad air quickly.

It was very clean and quaint in a great way. Decor was great! The breakfast was awesome, bummed that I slept through it on the first day due to Jet lag. I think the best thing about the location was the amazing staff that was consistent from day to day and always eager to help you out. They were great at communicating, and they knew all sorts of things about the area and how to help you travel around. They can even book things for you if you ask them. They were just so nice and made you feel like they enjoyed being there and enjoyed helping you out.

I really have nothing to say here. Room sizes were small, but that's how it is when you're downtown in the big city.  They did a great job of making good use of the space. 

The Breakfast was nice.There was scrambled egg, crispy bacon,Cereals,nuts and fresh cantaloupe melon ,kiwi and orange slices. Dried fruit and for my Vegan Daughter, Soya Milk,Cherry Tomatoes, Aubergene and Artichoke in oil. Bread to make toast and jams/marmalade. The Location was perfect.It was near to the Mercato Centrale (indoor market),The Duomo. The Train Station was only about 6 or 7 minutes away. The room had a view of the Medici Chapel and bell tower.Useful Minibar/Refrigerator.The Shower and toiletries were great! But best of all were the Staff at Reception! My Daughter and I had to get up early for a tour and would miss breakfast at 7am but they kindly supplied a little bag each consisting of bread,cheese spread, Nutella, Jam ,yogurt,biscuit and juice and for my Vegan Daughter Alpro yogurt, Rice drink, Rice crackers ,jam, fruit. We had a pair of slippers each.

There was no milk for your tea/coffee in the bedroom. You could only get 4 english speaking programmes on the Television. All of them were News Channels. We only had three clothes hanger's and no trouser hanger's.

Location was great - train station near and being in the center of all restaurants and shopping. Rooms were small not to bad, but the size of the bathroom was a bit of a problem and a little challenging when trying to get ready with more than one person. Breakfast was very nice. Joseph the evening hotel manager was fantastic he took very good care of us, very pleasant and helpful when we needed him.

Rhe hotel pride itself in customer service. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and are willing to answer any questions you have. The decor is beautiful. so modern and urban. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The breakfast area and reception area is very welcoming. There is great variety of breakfast items and excellent quality of food. It is on a more quiet street but close to everything. itc was my daughter's birthday and our anniversary and they made it extra special. I will DEFINITELY recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The fan is a bit strong in the rooms and the water is a bit weak. The pillows could be more thick.
