I liked the location the most. It's on the main road and very close to the metro along with the BurJuman centre. The reception was nice and welcoming. The rooms were super clean, and the beds were comfortable and cosy. Complimentary drinks of water and tea were present in the room. The view from the hotel is superb. Mr. Sithick and Miss Balvinder Mr. Sahi from India was very courteous and welcoming. They are very kind to us and ensured we had the most pleasant stay. The other staff was helpful too.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at City Season Tower Hotel , and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities at the hotel are top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, a luxurious spa, and a stunning pool area. The location is ideal just beside of Burjman Mall and very easy access to the mall , conveniently situated near popular attractions and public transportation. I was able to explore the city with ease and enjoyed the vibrant surroundings. Overall, my experience at two seasons Hotel was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic amenities made for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Miss Rutaba from Lahore, Pakistan was very courteous and welcoming. She was very kind to us and ensured we had the most pleasant stay. The other staff was helpful too.

I didn't like the check-in time of 2 PM, which I guess is for almost every other hotel in the area. Since I arrived here early on a Sunday morning. I had to wait for a few hours in the lobby before I could check-in. Also, I didn't like the fact that there was no separate kichnette to wash utensils or cups. One has to use the washroom basin to do so.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the receptionist ( it’s bad I didn’t get here name) she was very kind and nice, I have to mention Bilal the housekeeper he’s very polite and nice and hard worker. Thank you all☺️

The property is very accessible to shops and the metro railway station. Other than that, the staff are very nice. Special thanks to Miss Balvinder! 🤗

Clean and Spacious hotel room at heart of the city.Its literally at the mall. Room cleaning service Rizwan was so good and helpful. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Dubai.

The property is very close to everything. I love it. From shops to metro its convenient. I think everyone should come and try it with there selves. The room is decent. But the cleaners are a bit peculiar. Sometimes no towels sometimes no toilet paper. Sometimes the mugs and glasses are not been replaced. They just fix your bed and grab the towels and then go. They haven’t vacuum my room for almost two weeks . So i dont know about the cleaners but there really nice. Its just lack of practice maybe and theres a lot of improvements hope to come back and stayed there again. But over all very good hotel. Staffs are nice to let my uncle and aunty visit me. There very hospitable and friendly. Every hotels that i go theres always an “ifs” but theres always rooms for improvement. Keep it uo and hope to see you guys next year. Lots of love.

Just the cleaning and missing towels, toilet papers, no slippers. Like you have to call the staff to give it to you rather than providing it straight away. Sometimes cups and glasses hasn’t been change, didnt vacuum my room for almost 2 weeks. I call the staff to give me towels since they cleaned my room and no towels that has been replaced took them 30 minutes to give me but i need to call them again.
