The overall politeness and attitude of the staff. Cleanliness and order in the room. Size of the room. Cool flavoured water in the lobby. A kitchenette is a lifesaver for someone like me, who prefers to cook their own meal. I got very bad stomach reactions from restaurant food too many times to risk it on a business trip.

The AC system is noisy and really annoying while trying to fall asleep. Turning it off didn't solve the whole problem, the low-frequency noise came from the vents. I didn't find any substantially sized bowl to make my cereal (there is a hotel breakfast, but when travelling for work I strongly prefer my own food in the morning). View - not here. Not that I expected or needed it anyway.

everytime I called to ask an extra water bottle in the morning the reception used to act like he is giving it out of his property and say water is complementary and would be given already. obviously due to the heat in Dubai one tends to drink lots of water and would need more. try to be more courteous next time and provide what the guest asks for. Obviously you can bill it without telling the guest every time that it is extra charge.

Room was spacious enough even for 2 adults and two kids. We appreciated kitchenete that was sufficently equiped and roof pool. Breakfast was ok, we also had some sandwitches during the day and it was good. Beach shuttle with beach towels and mats is great. Staf was very nice and helpfull, we can late check out without extra payment and our kids received free popcorn while waiting for taxi when we were leaving.

Bathroom and kitchenete were stinky and it was difficult to get some fresh air in the room because the window can be opened only to aprox. 10 cm (we did not have a balcony).

Staff attentive to customer needs. Good breakfast. On the day of our departure we were provided with a takeaway breakfast due to our earlier departure than normal breakfast times. The rooftop pool is very nice.

We stayed at the Savoy Crest and not at the Savoy Park, the structure was changed upon our arrival. The first room we were assigned had a problem with the air conditioner which completely flooded the bathroom, we asked for the room to be changed and so it was. From the room you can hear all the noises from the street.

Our room is good,complete amenities which i prefer because we stayed 8 days it is easier for us that we can cook whenever we like and do our laundry at our room, location is near to metro sharaf greenline and bus stations also, supermarkets are nearby, the staff of the hotel is as always helpful especially at the reception, everyday you can see the smile on their faces when they see you and never failed to greet you. Thank you Savoy.

The only thing is the pool area, as much as we wanted to use this facility often it is quite small for all the guests who are staying to use at the same time but this is not an important thing for us.

- large room, with some helpful facilities (washer, microwave, hot plate, but no oven) - helpful and polite staff (such as Ram) - nice gym (the one in the nearby hotel) - free parking inside the hotel - in walking distance to 2 metro lines (10-15 minutes) - very good value for money

The reception staff were very courteous and always responded promptly to all our requests, specifically highlight the names of Joy, Vikas and Rhijou. The housekeeping staff Rahman and the concierge who was always very prompt to attend to our luggage needs.

Location is ideal, you can take the metro, the hotel also provides free transportation to the beach location or Malls for visits.

We appreciated having a small kitchen and washing machine. The apartment was neat and tidy when we arrived. Front desk staff were generally helpful.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 12. The room had one queen size bed and one single pull out couch. When we asked for a cot for our second son the staff told us it would not fit in the room, we do not agree. Also, we were frustrated, it is very clear from our booking search that we are 4 people, why is there not sleeping accommodation for 4 people? Our youngest son ended up sleeping on the couch cushions on th le floor for 3 nights, which was not ideal.

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great with it being closer to the Burj Khalifa than alternative hotels, the room was comfortable, spacious and had all the necessary facilities and the rooftop pool was great as well!

I am not sure if this was just a me problem but the cards for the door regularly broke (a daily occurance). This may have been to do with the weather whilst I was there or maybe this happens after the room is cleaned, I am not sure. It was always easily ressurected though so wasnt really a problem.

The hotel room was comfortable for family. The break fast was good and value for the money. Some staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was small but maintained well. The metro station was nearby and walking distance. Lot of shops nearby to go around. It was a nice place to stay.

The staff at the swimming pool was not helping the people to wear the life jacket, the life jackets were very less TWO for kids and ONE for adult. You should keep more as many people came for swimming. Some of the staff at reception looking angry when we speak them. We are paying for the stay so they should be smiling and responding properly. Also the transport provided only at 9 am which is difficult for family to visit, it would have been better to provide at evening times.
