Overall was very nice stay . We visit it every year for the last 5 ones.and will repeat. The quality of food and the choice were better this time. the only times when you feel how full is the hotel , is during the meals.

The outdoor areas were very good maintained but the apartment needed some work for refreshment

We really liked it. But what impressed us the most was the cosy atmosphere throughout the hotel, especially in the restaurant where meals were served. How can I describe it – carpeted floors, wooden décor everywhere (natural wood), fresh flowers, fireplaces, perfectly dimmed lighting, soft music, and friendly staff who were more than sufficient in number. The SPA center is excellent, with warm water in the pools, allowing you to swim in the outdoor pools even in the middle of winter. Everything is clean and there are plenty of loungers for the guests. Of course, all types of saunas are available, as well as ice and cold water placed exactly where they should be. Moving through the hotel premises and facilities is possible with your electronic card, so no one can go where they are not allowed, ensuring security is at a high level – unauthorised individuals cannot enter the complex. Fast check-in and check-out. The hotel is essentially a small town with shops, bars, restaurants and a small square. There are parks and playgrounds, a small pond, and for golf lovers, excellent courses on a large area.

Nothing. Please stick to natural wood, carpets, fireplaces and other natural materials. We feel at home and would like it to be that way next time.

We had a very pleasant stay (HB), food was good, fresh, and every evening was different. Very kind, helpful staff, they provided information every time. The children corner also was satisfying with different playrooms and small cinema. The apartment was clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing environment. Distance to Bansko it's just 15 minutes by car.

The spa swimming pool was quite deep and not suitable for children, and even adults may find it a bit too challenging for casual swimming. It's a little bit overcrowded, but it's normal in this period of the year.

Pirin Golf Complex was fantastic! The location is so peaceful, surrounded by nature, with gorgeous views of Pirin Mountain. It’s super close to Bansko Ski Resort, and the hotel offers a shuttle to the ski zone, which made everything so easy. The spa was just what we needed to relax, and our apartment was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were amazing—always friendly, attentive, and happy to help and the food we had at breakfast was great too. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and will be back the next time we’re in Bansko!

We stayed with our three children in the three bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious, comfortable, warm and clean. It was in the same building with the spa center and the main restaurant where the breakfast (very rich) was served. The thing that we liked most of all were the two outside heated swimming pools: it was such a pleasure to stay in a hot water with the snow around you. Once it was snowing just over our heads while we were swimming, and it was a unique and fantastic experience. The staff was always very helpful and polite. Will be back for sure!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Pirin Golf Hotel! The property exceeded all expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing environment. The spa was a highlight of my stay – incredibly clean and equipped with everything needed for ultimate relaxation. It’s evident that the team takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards. The entire experience was top-notch, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway!

The room was clean, our towels were changed every day and the bed was pretty comfy too. Although there was supposed to be a double bed, there were 2 twin beds put near eachother, but it wasn't necessarily a problem for us.

There was no dish soap and sponge, so we couldn't wash our glasses and the cleaning ladies didn't wash/replace them either, so we ran out of clean ones pretty quickly. The breakfast menu was exactly the same every day, and the dinner one wasn't very diverse either, but the food was tasty and fresh

The spa area is nice. The outdoor heated pools are very comfortable on a cold morning. Breakfast was spectacular. Breakfast staff were very efficient and polite. The room was lovely and clean. The cleaning staff were exceptionally accommodating. The place was kept well and it felt like a luxury weekend trip away. The location is perfect for hiking, and the place is close to Bansko if you want to visit. We will go again as it was a really nice experience.

Check-out was a bit messy, as there was a queue but people cut in line which made it difficult to know which counter you should go to.

Great breakfast, spa facilities, gym, playgrounds, swimming pools, play rooms and cafés. You can find everything you need in house as it is more like an autonomous village than a large hotel.

The bathroom and the single beds for the 4-guest apartment were too small. Also the duvets were more suitable for Spring rather than Winter season. Although kitchen and living room were in a good status, the bedrooms and bathrooms should be renovated.

The breakfast and spa were pretty nice, with some exceptions the staff was pretty friendly, especially Fahit from reception. The hotel is pet friendly, which is rare in the region especially for medium to larger pets. Big plus from us, we'll definitely visit again.

There were groups of people in the spa and the pool that were very loud. Our key card was not working properly and the lady at the reception was not very understanding of our issue, she literally rolled her eyes when we tried to explain it.
