My husband and I came from Sydney for a wedding and we had two nights here at Motel Kempsey and honestly, it was fabulous. We were thrilled with how clean it was! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. There were the obvious staples too; kettle, microwave, toaster etc. We actually bought milk from the service station on the way in and were also kindly offered milk when we checked in. The couple (I think they’re a couple) running the Motel are so so so nice, can’t thank them highly enough for their hospitality, warmth and kindness. We’re not in Kempsey often but when we do go back we’ll most definitely book at Motel Kempsey again! Thank you!

It was all great!

Staff were lovely. There were plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave and toaster as well as the usual tea making facilities.

The bathroom. The bathroom door in our hotel room had a big crack on the inside and it wouldn’t close properly. If you did manage to get it shut, you needed to give it a BIG pull to open again (tricky for a child), which I’ll assume was the reason for the large flexible crack in the MDF. The bathroom and toilet could do with a little update, although they were clean.

Lots of attention to little things- for the first time in 20 years of travelling a motel provides a water filling jug for the kettle. THAT little thought for the guest goes a very long way. I am impressed. Also, travelling with an oversized vehicle the staff assisted with parking on site. Again, high care factor.

Not much to not like.

Motel Ke.psey, is very clean and service is very good.

I dint like that on transport available, or taxi assistance. They should have different options of transport assistance special people from the Sydney

Location good as I didn’t have to drive on and off the freeway any great distance. For an economic stay it supplied everything I needed. Cleanliness was exceptional. I wasn’t looking for excessive luxuries but just an enjoyable break from driving!

Good value, quiet and comfortable

Stale smell in the bathroom but older plumbing does that. We really enjoyed our stay - information about Kempsey and Take away food outlets would be good but the accommodation was good .

Clean, comfortable and convenient location

Generally all good though getting on the road when turning right a bit tricky as road quite busy in both directions.

the location was great. loved the 2 bedrooms. it was very clean and had air conditioning in both rooms which was good.

the property had a slight smell of smoke in the room. the second bedroom door you couldn’t close at all. also the bathroom light didn’t work on the second day of our stay.

Quiet location, comfortable bed great heating.

Couldn't close bathroom sliding door. No lights outside along walk way at night making it dangerous coming down stairs, last step was almost disastrous.

Easy parking outside of room. Nice clean neat room. As one of the larger rooms plenty of room for bags etc. All rooms are on ground level. Also space to sit & eat. Liked that plates & cutlery were provided in the room no need to request on arrival. Staff very helpful & pleasant 😁
