We love Northpoint and have stayed multiple times. The location gets us back each time. Spacious units, park your car/s and leave them secure. Balcony’s with amazing views over the river and friendly, helpful staff.

Had to speak to reception multiple times as the inconsiderate people staying in a unit below us ignored the no smoking signs (all over the balconies/building) and we would awake each morning of our stay to the rank smell of cigarettes before 6am. The the unit we stayed in and have done before is getting a little tired. We experienced fridge problems (having to throw out food as it stopped cooling when we were out), the beds are becoming worn out and uncomfortable and water pressure non existent. All things that you can just tolerate but it would be nice to see some upgrades for the price per night you pay.

The beds were very comfortable. Linen was clean and adequate additional blankets were supplied for cooler nights. The location was excellent, close to all the things we wanted to see and do. I've always like going to Port Macquarie. The ocean change is great since I live in the mountains and love the relaxed atmosphere of the surrounds. Lots of things to see and do

the electric aircon was very noisy when on and could do with a service. I could have done with more detergent for the washing up. Otherwise the facilities were documented on check in so we new what we need to get if we needed it.

Excellent notification of apartment being ready with instructions on accessing locked parking garage with a code and instructions to park first in the blue check-in-bay just a few steps from the check-in front counter. Hence no hassle about trying to find a park outside. Very comfortable spacious apartment with very well setup kitchen for self catering. Lovely view north and west from our apartment. Close to town, waterfront and beach so walking every where is easy.

location is awesome, close to everything we are in level 3, ocean view is not that clear over pine trees but good king bed is really comfort live room is big, we only use kitchen for breakfast and it has everything we need. Reception Amanda is really nice and kind. She helps me a lot after I lose my room key

bath towel is not enough ; i asked twice but still no refill. 5 people all used the same towels during 3 night and 4 days stay. shampoo and conditioner are not refill as well. You need buy your own one when stay longer. Supplies are for one day only.

What a view. We only stayed one night passing through, but we loved the location, and the view was amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious. Great cafe across the road and picked up some Thai food downstairs and bottle of wine up the street. We were going to go to a restaurant for dinner but couldnt pass up the amazing view from our own balcony. We will return for a longer stay next time.

The bed was a little bit soft for my liking, but it was still very nice. The cupboards were fully stocked with everything we needed, couldnt actually say anything negative.

Had a wonderful holiday the unit was brilliant, comfortable, and had everything you could want as we were extremely comfy there, hubby wants to buy one now, thats how much he liked it and ole grumpy doesn't say that lightly, 10 out of 10

We liked the central location, proximity to the breakwall, cafes and shopping precinct. The views from our room were great and perfect for seeing the sunsets, changing river and the hinterland. The car park was generous, the kitchen facilities were good and it was nice to be able to swim in the hotel pool.

The king size bed was very firm. I coped, but my wife had difficulty getting to sleep. Like most CBD apartments, you have to keep the doors and windows closed at night as the noise from nearby venues could be distracting

The service apartment exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the location was ideal, close to shops and tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’d happily stay here again.

The apartment had an accessible bathroom which was incredibly helpful for my Dad, and enabled us all to stay together as a family. The location is perfect, we went straight out the front door and could walk to everything. The apartment was clean and quiet, and the kitchen was well appointed to cook our own meals. And the views are incredible!

Nothing! The building itself is a little old, but the apartment had been kept clean and well maintained.

Location was great, very central to shops and cafes, restaurants etc. Nice view from the balcony and overall very roomy unit for 4 adults, we stayed in the 3 bedroom. Nice pool and a recreation room with table tennis. Plenty of parking available on site. Beds comfy. Needed the fans that were in the bedrooms, the a/c worked great in the living area.

The unit was not the cleanest. We had to wipe down things, the coffee table especially and wash up cutlery and crockery. The unit had a musty type smell on arrival.
