Staff was great, very helpful and nice. The breakfast food was PERFECT, looked good and easily to identify what and where it was. Was very happy about the time of when breakfast was served. Most places have it start at 7:30 AM. This one said everything will be ready at 6:30 AM but it was out before 6, THANK YOU for that, it was LOTS of time to enjoy the food.

Elevator was humming, and the certificate of inspection for the elevator was not showing.

Well lit and clean. Enjoyed food and loved the lemon infused water. All the staff we encountered during our stay were cordial and helpful. They made our stay feel like we were part of a family. We stayed because my daughter had just had surgery. When we were checking out, the staff rushed to help us to see how they could help. They really made us feel welcomed.

Everything was good.

Those beds were so comfortable I almost slept too long. Quiet and relaxing. I'm getting the bath tub spa next time but I have been trying different motels to find my best. I FOUND IT.GREAT PEOPLE IT HAS BREAKFAST TOO 😋 LOVE TO THE WHOLE STAFF One small thing..need more coffee and maybe morning herbal tea bags like lemon and peach morning teas Other then that .. beautiful stay. GOD BLESS

Housekeeping asked every day if I needed anything. Desk staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Room clean. A convenience store a few blocks away and very close to a walmart. Pool was very clean. Breakfast was also very good.

All was good

We loved the location! 2 miles away from the rim, la Cantera and Fiesta Texas. The bedding was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The tub looked old and dirty but it probably just needs to be updated. House keeping woke us up due to the very loud vacuums. Louder than the usual vacuum lol

Location, cleanliness and price

Complimentary breakfast options were very limited: cereal but no bowls or milk, hot trays out but empty. There were other options: yogurt, some fruit, the ubiquitous waffle iron and bread, so there were other choices.

The location of the facility was great for the sites we were going to visit.

The attendant at the front desk let us know upon checking in they were short staffed and would be happy to give us extra towels, etc if we came down to the front desk. I would highly recommend having the housekeeping staff help with the breakfast (only until adequate staff can be hired) area until the end of breakfast. There was 1 staff member working the front desk & the breakfast area and 1 other staff member working the breakfast area are not adequate enough to keep the food replenished. I was in the catering business in the past and so being familiar with the business I helped the guests with the waffle machine and getting their breakfast together.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Room and bathroom needed more attention in the cleaning area.

Price and Location perfect.

The restroom can use more attention. There wasn’t anything clear bags for the ice bucket. And no vending machines. Breakfast was great.

Loved the room we stayed in, it was big. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in than other hotels I’ve stayed at. The breakfast was good, good location.

What I didn’t like about the hotel was that the table was too close to the tv. There was only one elevator and the pool was closed.
