We had a very spacious, comfortable room with a good bed and well-functioning AC. There was also a fridge, a stove top, and a sofa. All the basics you might need in good condition. The breakfast had a pretty good selection of warm dishes, cereal, yoghurt etc which differed a bit on our two mornings, although the coffee was really mild and needlessly hot.

I was hoping there would have been an outdoor area you could hang around at if you got in late at the hotel and no places nearby were open. But the grill/terrace area had closed by 11pm. So had the couple of restaurants nearby, one of which could've even been walked to. The hotel had no bar either. It would just be nice to have an option to unwind somewhere before getting your night's sleep after a long day.

Cleanliness of the Hotel grounds

After booking my stay I requested a early check-in by phone and email if it was possible since i only was staying a couple of hours and after driving 10 hours me and my wife was only going to use the room for a couple of hours to rest while the kids was at Fiesta Texas no one got back with me. We arrived at 12 noon and I walked in and spoke with the receptionist he really didn't care and acted as if I was bothering him especially since they already had my money and I understand that check-in is at 3pm but I was hoping that they would have tried to accommodate my request...

The location was great with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and very appealing with great customer service. The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom had plenty of towels with luxury toiletries and the bed was super comfortable. The room was spacious. Very quiet hallways. Breakfast food selections were great.

Everything was great.

Staff is always friendly & accommodating. Facility is clean & nearby everything one might need, ex: groceries, quick bite to eat, a last minute outfit. Antoinette & Armando were very pleasant to deal with, along with housecleaning.

Just that there was only one of two elevators working, & couldn't find a cart to use upon checkout, but everything else was good.

We loved the location and the space in the room was great.

The only thing we did not like was when we opened up the sofa sleeper the sheets were dirty, they had blood stains on them. When we took them downstairs to the front desk to get clean sheets we told the clerk. The clerk did not seem apologetic.

Home2 Suites By Hilton at the Rim is a gem. When we first stayed there, they only had breakfast to go. Now, they have buffet breakfast, real milk containers, orange infused water and coffee flows 24/7 (which is increasingly becoming hard to find these days). Check out is 12pm and late check out is 1pm! - something else that is disappearing. The hotel is very clean. The saltwater pool music is great. Above all the rest, the staff is awesome!

If I had to pick something- price. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I love the location. And it was clean mines the frist room they gave us. The carpit was all wet. But once we brought it to their attention, they moved us to a new room.

We like everything about this hotel. I was our first time staying in a homes2suit.

Well maintained hotel. Loved the room setup for a King Suite. Didn't really need a full size refrig but nice to have. Bed was super comfy! The breakfast was a step above other hotels "included" breakfast items.

Cannot think of anything I did not like about the place.

Everything was super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location! Right next to lots of stores and restaurants…not walking distance but about 5 mins drive. Variety of hot breakfast options.

Everything from booking to staff to rooms location to six flags and everything was perfect rooms were big will definitely be booking here again soon what was nice too is its pet friendly
