I completely enjoyed the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this particular location. Every single one of them were so helpful, above and beyond. THE BEST service I have ever had!!

The only bad thing was that I could not connect to the WiFi. When I asked about it, they let me know that it was due to the construction that was going on and they already had an order in for it to be fixed. They also offered me a reduction in the price of my room. So very sweet people, and very customer-oriented

Staff were so incredibly friendly, comfortable room, good selection for breakfast. 2nd time staying here and alway a good experience.

My only complaints are the noise. I had a back room, and the band at the bar next door played pretty late, like 11pm. Could als here the room next making noise while I was tring to sleep cause the door doesn't have a seal.

Friendly service. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Nice hottub and pool which we used several times. Nice breakfast.

Trash truck outside my windows at 4am. . The bed frame had some metal sticking out that you could easily hurt your ankles on. No rod in the closet to hang clothes.,which didn't matter for this time, but could .

I booked this hotel for my mom as a surprise for her 50th birthday. When she got there, they totally decked out her room with decorations. They bought her cupcakes, flowers, and even gave her a hand written birthday card. It was so thoughtful. I was not expecting them to do all of that! 10/10 customer service. My mom was blown away.

Everything was perfect.

So soft bed and sheets. Nicely decorated clean room. Easy check In/out.

The hot tub jets were out of order and I was unsure about the cleanliness of the pool water. I didn't swim . Not that big of a deal. The nice room was worth it. Major problem was no grab bar in the shower/tub. I would have to have a room that accommodated safety needs go return.

Location was great being close to my reason for going and close to good restaurants.

It was a little rundown and were doing some renovations. Very busy with a lot of guests and took quiet a bit of time waiting on one elevator. Overall it was satisfactory. Was a little noisy bc of loud music from next door business.

Had room next to elevator/ ice machine/ laundry.Very noisy. Doors to all the rooms make too much noise when closing.

Breakfast menu was spot on. The attitude of the employees was what expected from Holiday Inn. Very friendly and caring in their approach to clients.

Small trash cans. Family of four we had them both full in a couple hours. Little to no accommodation to smokers in front of building. Small amount of damage to door. Stained bath tub. Broken vents on ac unit.

Breakfast is great!

The bathtub was chipped, and scratched. And there was rust around the overflow drain. Shouldn’t be any rust if they use quality fixtures
