Well entire staff under Marcus & LaShanda are the greatest staff ever,l have all their names the greatest customers service ever .Kitchen Staff,House keeper Staff ,Transportation,Everyone make you so comfortable in they smile in talk to you amazing.The food excellent. The facility was in a great, convenient location for what we were there for, and all staff we encountered were super friendly.

Would have very much appreciated the ability to be given a early check in. Our travels began at 3am for a company employee event at 5pm. We understand that check out is noon and check in 3pm, but find it very hard to believe all rooms become ready right at 3pm....I am confident there was an opportunity to get in to our room before 3pm to rest prior to the event we were there to attend, and understanding/accommodating our request would have been very appreciated.

We had late check in but immediately greeted and complimented by reception. Quick check-in. I felt safe and quick access from our room to our car. I love that they had a microwave AND a small fridge in our room. Loved the jetted tub.

Didn't know how to work the air/heat bc we needed to adjust due to jacuzzi tub.

Our server at breakfast was exceptional…as was the breakfast and food. In fact, the omelet was perhaps the best I have had anywhere…made on site. Our morning desk-hostess was very nice and helpful. With caution, it seems we are returning some what to a new normal to preCovid.

Processing of the online booking became an issue when checking in. It was reported that there were two rooms booked for two different amounts for one room by Booking.com. We knew this was an error. The desk clerk really did not know what to do. We were told this was Booking.com, not Hilton and we would have to settle it with them. A talk with the morning hostess explained the mistake and rectified it immediately prior to our departure. One of the “holds” was removed from the account.

I am very disappointed that I was double charged for our room and no one has called me back or seemed to care about a refund for us being charged twice. We want to stay at this location again, but being double charged and not getting help is very concerning!

My husband booked this hotel for me for my Christmas present. He wanted to give me some time to myself since I'm a stay at home mom. The location was great; I was a few minutes away from the Outlet Mall of Pearl, so I got to do some shopping. He paid extra so that I could have breakfast. It was decent. I was disappointed in the biscuits because they were old/hard. The eggs and sausage were delicious, but the grits had zero seasoning. They had a ton of other options: french toast, biscuits and gravy, omelets, waffles, etc. The room was comfortable and right by the ice machine and front desk. I loved the bed-I slept very well. The lounge was very nice and inviting.

They seemed to be short staffed; however, they still provided great service. It's difficult for businesses right now during the pandemic. The last night of my stay, the smoke alarm kept going off. I was in a room with a spa tub, and the smoke alarm was so high up that they needed a ladder. Well, the maintenance guy was on vacation. No one was able to get into his office to get a ladder. They offered to switch me to another room, but it would have been one without the spa tub. I declined. I'm glad I did because it turned out to be the microwave making the noise rather than the smoke alarm. It was strange because the microwave had not made that noise the entire weekend until the last night.

Hated that breakfast wasn’t included in the cost. But it was worth the price. Premium ingredients used for breakfast

Everything was so clean! The facility was in great shape. The staff was friendly.

I could hear traffic from the interstate that ran beside it. Obviously not the hotel’s fault.

Customer server was very professional and I felt safe.

I didn't find anything disturbing and the Manager, Marcus was awesome.

Good location near restaurants and near the airport. The shuttle service was very helpful and the shuttle driver was very friendly and professional.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
