The bed was extremely comfortable! The shower pressure was amazing. The Inn was very clean and the breakfast was good ( very much like other places) but what made it better was the staff. At the breakfast bar there was a very nice lady helping all of us and making sure the buffet was stocked even though it was very close to closing. I felt very safe at this establishment (2 Woman and 2 kids under 12) **Excuse our mess**

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The location was great, they allowed my fur babies, it was clean and they had a pool. The room was cozy and clean and it was peaceful.

The outdoors of the facilities needed to be cleaned up a little. Looks like they had some construction going on but there were also things like random spoons on the ground and pieces of wood that could’ve been picked up. Wasn’t a deal breaker though.

They helped us return our rental car early and then take us to the departure gate for our early morning flight. They had a bad storm the night before our arrival, but the management had all under control by the time we registered. Would recommend staying at Country Inn in Jackson Ms.

Having a tile floor in the pet-friendly room was much better than carpet.

The $25 fee per dog was unexpected

The bathtub. I think you should put anti slip strips in the tub , as I myself almost slipped and fell. Just an FYI.

Rooms were clean and convenient locations to different venues.

Pool was too cold and area could use some cleaning. Saw the same towels by pool area from check in to check out.

They accept pets. My request for a bottom floor was accepted. Rooms are clean, with microwave, mini fridge, and HBO cable. Good wifi. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Very happy with overall cleanliness. The staff on my 2nd stay within a week were very helpful and accommodating. I will be back for sure when travelling through Jackson.

Well, they closed the breakfast early, so there wasn't any. No coffee either. Not a big deal for me. They have coffee makers in the rooms. Some of the fixtures in the rooms are in need of replacement. My shower rod had duct tape holding it to the wall. But this was purely cosmetic. One big issue for me, they don't enforce the mask requirement they state on the doors to the lobby. The woman who works the breakfast area doesn't wear any mask or gloves. I wouldn't eat in there as she or none of the guests wore a mask when taking food from the buffet. Don't put up a sign saying masks are required if you don't enforce it! There where many workers in the lobby, none of them wearing masks.

The way we were treated was exceptional. We did have a slight issue which Christina and Manager handled promptly.

There wasn’t anything about this property that my husband or I didn’t like. I absolutely Love this establishment.

The water temp of the indoor pool was ice cold and the air was blasting couldn’t enjoy

The property was very clean. Breakfast was awesome.

Just hair in the restroom but nothing that couldn’t be fixed right away. Also fridge didn’t get that cold, again minor fixes.
