Spacious apartment and huge terrace, pictures don't really show how big terrace is , full equipped with all needed. In a calm area well connected to the old town by bus. Very clean. Lots of towels. The property was very nice and gave us some tips about activities,etc, and they can organise airport transfers. She left a welcome pack. We loved our stay and enjoyed the Croatian Christmas atmosphere.

It was winter,I bet the coldest period of the year in Dubrovnik, so it was a bit cold at night as the climate was only in the living room.. Mediterranean apartments don't use to have heating.

Fantastic balcony for outside socialising - great view, lovely at night. Four bedrooms were large and suitable for our adult family. Host kindly supplied fan for the bedroom without air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay

Suggested improvements Not enough crockery/cutlery/glasses for 7 people Extra bags for rubbish would have been good Several lightbulbs were not working Bedroom next to front door was damp and mouldy - several rooms required painting/plastering to be finished

The accommodation is Spacious and at a spot to enjoy the views. The area was so quiet and tranquil and the owners were quick with their responses. We had everything we needed for the 4 days we stayed. The flat is fully air-conditioned bar 1 room but this wasn't too much of an issue as the ac in the living room cooled the room. There is a supermarket close by. A short walk down the cobbled steps will lead you to docks (not old town. 10 mins away via uber)

These are just an FYI and wasn't a problem for us. The property is uphill and cars won't reach the doorstep. So if you have mobility issues or hates walking uphill then it might be not for you. But it is worth the view from the property The kitchen unit is under a slant so if you are taller than 6ft you will need to hunch to use the unit

The place is nice, the terrace is super cool for having breakfast with a great view. The apartment is big, we could fit everyone with space and the location is also good, very close to the port and to go to the Old Town you can take a 15min bus.

The checkin was supposed to happen at 3pm, but our flight got delayed and we arrive around 5pm and they were still cleaning it. We could enter and get changed, but when we left they were still there

Great patio and plenty of room in apartment for 6. Loved the neighbourhood feel. Easy access to local grocery store and Uber pickup to visit old town. Air conditioning is good.

The air conditioning condensation seems to be creating an issue for the fourth bedroom so we closed the door and didn’t use it. The laundry facilities were rustic but got the job done.

The unblocking view is superb. Convenient store just a few steps and local bus stop is within 10m. You can take the bus to The Old Town in 4 mins . Host helped keep a parking spot for us.

You actually have to climb a few steps because the hse located on a sloop. May not be user friendly with huge luggage and disable person.

The accommodation was great!! Rooms nice and big. Large kitchen living area. Two bathrooms! Spacious bedrooms. Hosts emptied bins and changed towels half way through stay. Large balcony terrace was lovely. Location was good but require taxi/Uber to most areas…these are cheap however so no problem

Hosts didn’t accept payment on checkin so had to arrange meeting with host to pay….would have been easier to let us pay on first day rather than organise meeting over text.

Loved the balcony, perfect for late night talks and the view is amazing. The location is great: there are markets near and it's not a long way to the old town either.

One of the rooms didn't have air conditioning so it got quite warm in that one and we had to move rooms so everybody could sleep.

The parking space was not close to the actual apartment. Climbing lots of stairs with luggage from where the parking spot was located.

The view from the terrace was very good, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Price is good for the value. The apartment is with air conditioning so high temperature was not a problem

One of the conditioniers were dropping water on the floor.
