The view is a 11 out of 10 to die for! Comfy pillows and bed, decent wifi and hot water with good pressure. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Credit cards not accepted, so I had to withdraw cash from a local bank machine with an expensive exchange rate. Parking is 12 euros and a block or so away.

Hairdryer didn't work.kettle lead not long enuf curtains coming away sunlounger falling apart just a few details need tweaking. Cleanliness may need attention hot tub maintenance def needs more attention.

This is a spacious 1 bed apartment with all the kitchen crockery etc required. Good location with bus stop to old Town just behind - it's 5 min bus ride or 20 min walk. There's a beach approx 1.5 miles walk which is ok. Old town beach is better. Nice outdoor space with hot tub.

The water tank is small - not enough for a bath but ok for two showers. Any more wouldn't work. The bathroom is tired and needs so attention in places. Huge bed - two singles together, however not a huge duvet, so you're fighting over the cover!

We had a great unblocked view of the water with a big terrace.

The apartment that we had the furnishing and decoration was not even close to the photos on the website. However, it was clean an comfortable.

Perfectly positioned, AMAZING view, on a bus route to Old City and walking distance from delicious restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and on top of a cafe serving good coffee!

No staff or contact throughout the night - we were unlucky enough to have a power cut as a switch tripped in the main fuse box - we (guests from 3 different apartments) had to resolve this ourselves at midnight as there are no out of hours staff or emergency contacts. This would NOT deter me staying again but I think a tip the property could take & improve

Stunning view from the balcony and we loved the hot tub. Staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Felt very fresh and clean. Location is around 2km from the old town but there is a bus that stops just outside to go to and from the old town. We stayed with a 1 year old and 3 year old and it was nice to come back to the calm apartment after a day in the old town which is lovely but very busy. There is a nice walk along the harbour outside the apartment and a playground a few hundred metres away overlooking the water which the kids loved

Not a negative, just information for fellow travellers. Took us a while to find the entrance to the apartment - it’s above the shopping centre so you enter through the main shopping centre doors facing out towards the harbour and the lift up to the apartments is directly in front of you. Feels very peaceful and calm once up at the apartment but nice to have places to eat and an atmosphere underneath in the shopping centre. There is also parking directly behind the shopping centre. It is 12 euros a day - if you get a card from reception it will let you in and out of the car park and you just pay reception.

The staff were very reasonable in dealing with our issues. The apartment was beautiful and an amazing view. Thankyou we will definitely visit again if the issues below can be rectified regarding cash only. Everyone pays by card nowadays

There were 2 issues we had. The 30% up front deposit is not taken off full amount. The reception asks for 100% in cash which again is another problem as cash machines charge withdrawal fees again increasing the overall cost. The car parking again the reception want cash only again costing more via exchange rates and withdrawal costs.

The property was great, easy access to all locations. Bus stops just outside the property, buses ran every 10 minutes to the old town, beaches and Babin Kuk. The view from our terrace/ balcony was amazing. We watched the boats come in and out of the harbour from the sun lounger or hot tub. The apartment was Perfect, comfortable bed and beautifully decorated. Restaurants, the promenade and beach bars all walkable. Boat trips also take place from just outside the apartment. We would highly recommend.

The location was ideal for us since we didn’t want to stay in the old town. It was easy to get there with Uber, which cost around 8-13 euros. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We also loved how convenient everything was around the apartments, like the restaurant/cafe downstairs, as well as nearby markets.

The shower’s water would get cold really fast, and we had to wait quite a while for it to warm up again

1) Air conditioner failure in room number five. 2) The boiler switcher has to be on a separate panel, not together with the rest! Otherwise, there should be available personnel for 24 hours, so we ask for a help or assistance at any time! 3) Room number nine has lots of ants, although it seems to be the best located apartment and surely best terrace! The room itself need to be refreshed! Soap dispencer has to be fixed to the wall, not on the floor, kitchen tap need maintenance. 4) I would put the highest mark for room nine if it was in the same condition, like room five, where we lived in the beginning!
