Spacious Non smoking rooms with a wide window to let in plenty of light and air . A good work table by the window with convenient power points . clean and wide beds , comfy sheets and pillows. Extra towels provided graciously. , clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water at all times . Old fashioned tub to soak in . All the staff were very supportive ,attentive and were kind enough to provide us with an electric kettle to heat drinking water in the room . Location - walkable from the Hanover Hauptbahnof with all its affordable eateries. Likewise the Kropke - central shopping area . There were bus stops nearby .

The squeeze bottle for soap dispenser - a bit too rigid to determine the flow happening . Whilst the breakfast spread was decent and functional , it may have been a bit sparse for vegetarians - a bit more of fruits perhaps ? The lift doors close too fast - one has to be quick about it - a bit difficult for older people with luggage .

The hotel is near the main train station in Hanover (around 6 to minutes walk). The staff was great. There is a lift going to the upper floors. Wifi is also fast and reliable. The hotel was generally clean and the heater works really.

The reception is a few steps down so you will have to lift/carry your bag a bit. I might have missed it since I arrived late at night, but I did not notice a ramp. There is only a single pillow in the bed, and it would have been great to have two. Another one maybe is that the heater gets covered by the curtain when you close it so it can get in the way.

My single room was comfortable & spacious with a large showerroom, with plently of towels. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast (buffet style) is first class in its range and quality. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the Hannover Hbf.

There was nothing I did not like.

breakfast was very nice. the second room after being changed from the first one was very good. within walking distance from the central station is also nice.

In the first room, the door of the bathroom and the plug of the wash basin were broken, and the room size is a bit small but ok for me. One morning, I happened to see a cockroach on the table during my breakfast, just unluckey.

It was very quiet! I almost heard nothing of the other guests, which was amazing. Also the room faced the back, so no noise from the main street either. Wi-fi worked great. The room was mostly clean (see below), all facilities worked fine.

The room was very small, but I didn't expect much more as I had booked last-minute on the same day. A bit dusty table and wardrobe, but okay for one night. Not the prettiest part of town (directly behind the main station and at a huge main street), but still close to the city forest Eilenriede and I wasn't disturbed by anything.

I live in a small single room and it is clean and quiet, good for short stay. It's a bit far from train station and city centre but you can always take a bus nearby. I like Hannover which is a beautiful city with nice and reasonable priced meals in town.

There are a few steps in front of hotel main entrance which might be difficult for some people.

A very nice, very well located hotel in Hannover. The city centre, museums, lakes are in walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, warm and bright. It looked as recently renovated. The stuff were very friendly. Our room was ready earlier than announced and we were able to check in at noon. We liked our stay in Hannover very much.

We liked our stay in this hotel and do not have points to complain. Everything went smooth and well.

1- breakfast was good 2- room was clean, but we expected at least a small refrigerator in it and some kind of AC. 3- location was good.

I didn't like in the middle of summer a room without refrigerator and AC.

Nice hotel just a short walk from the railway station. We had a comfortable room and good bathroom. The man who checked us in was friendly and service minded but the receptionist later was unfriendly.

Breakfast was not included in the price and cost €12 per person extra. There was no fridge in our room.
