The location, the beds…I was out cold as soon as my head hit the pillow. I enjoyed the gift shop they have on location, that was sweet. The hotel being close to restaurants was helpful too.

I didn’t care for the elevators, I understand the safety of the guests…but I kept forgetting you needed a room key to work it and with your hands full…it was a slight irritation. lol

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sonesta ES Gwinnett Place. The Hotel as well as my room was very clean, and comfortable. The check-in was easy, I love the Art Bar/Restaurant, very clean warm environment Friendly staff. The food was delicious.

The price I was given increased by $100 when I checked in. I was told it was because I was in a room with a Kitchenette, and once I checked out I would receive my $100 back. I asked why I wasn't informed of this when I made my reservations, I was told it was because I booked through a 3rd party, instead of directly with the hotel. I haven't received the credit as of yet, so I will wait and see.

The property was really clean and the renovations have made it a much better hotel than it was about 2 years ago. the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. especially Andrea, she was very professional and sincerely a very nice woman. Daisy was also very kind and helpful.

The AC unit in the bedroom part of my suite wasn’t functioning properly.

Staff is great here! Morgan helped us complete our reservation and actually talked us into staying longer! Hotel was EXTREMELY clean, as well as our rooms. We will definitely return! A ++

The only complaint I have, through no fault of the hotel, was our neighbors. They were extremely loud and their kids sounded like the room was going to come down at any time.

Miss Barbara and the restaurant and bar she was very very nice greets everyone no matter your color she was a real nice lady I can't think of the gentleman name his name start with a Mr S but he helps out with breakfast

Only thing I didn't like I didn't like the way that Mario treats black people's he don't say hey he's not nice he's just mean I watched him on several occasions just a nasty attitude

Because of Covid, we received a small to go breakfast with prepackaged bars, etc. Not very satisfying for people who need a full breakfast. Bought food and cooked ourselves

Unfortunately, controlling heat/cold was a problem. While we could bring the body of the room up to 70 degrees, the bathroom are remained at 60! Very cold for personal hygiene. Also, the tub leaked. The water from the shower leaked from under the tub.

Great location which is about 25 mins from downtown Atlanta, less traffic plenty do in this area. Make sure you get their breakfast, it was the best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time, very fulfilling. Friendly staff.

I was told that I could receive a package on ck in day even if I wasn't there yet. However the person on the desk refused the pkg because no one w that name had a room.

This location is in the middle of renovations, im kinda ocd so the main thing is the lamp colors. Some a terrible blue white and some are a warm color warm should be preferable
