The bed was super comfy and big enough for two grown adults to fit very comfortably with plenty of space in between us. the room was a good size for my cousin and i. The shower and bathroom were nice, great water pressure! staff were super friendly as well. carpet was nice and clean and the elevators are super fast. great location, super close to all the korean stuff which is nice if you’re into that. def worth the stay and the lobby looks great and clean

There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom which was kind of gross but it could have been worse (it’s cockroach season to be fair). The Shower toiletries smelled okay, not the biggest fan tbh. The blankets could’ve been thicker for how cold the room was left. no refrigerator like it said on booking.com and the check out time was off for some reason. TV was hard to use and didn’t have netflix like it said on booking.com too and no tv channel sheet. sometimes the elevator didn’t read our room key and we had help from another person staying at the hotel.

I was there for a Knight Rider convention and everything was right where it needed to be. I didn’t need to leave the hotel for anything but when I wanted to leave it was in a prime location for shops and places to eat. The staff was also very helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend.

Those low to the ground, grey chairs that spin. I’m lucky I’m not still sitting in that chair because as comfortable as they look, they’re nearly impossible to get out of. It was also a tad bit toasty in our conference room.

The best part of our stay was definitely the staff! Although we had a three hour wait to check in the staff handled us and other guests kindly and courteously to the best of their ability. 10/10 and wishing raises for them all!

The only negatives were that we had to wait three hours for our rooms to be ready(this was remedied by hotel staff) and that the beds were just a little uncomfortable. The pillows were great, the shower was hot, and we got complimentary breakfasts for our wait so 🤷🏿‍♀️ It was a win-win for us👍🏿

If they were serving breakfast I never knew and none of the staff mentioned anything about it to me. I ate breakfast every morning at the Waffle House where I was able to use Wi-Fi and get online services!!..I asked a woman I’ll keep nameless from the front desk what did I need to do in order to get my phones online services to work. Her response was, “ I Don’t Know” and politely went back to what she was doing…..

I didn’t like that I had to leave the property in order to receive internet services.

Beautiful place lots of parking big area to pull into at checkout. Lobby and restaurant very nice. Room very nice and clean. Very quite

At checkout everyone was getting frustrated. Only one lady working that had been there since the day before because another employee didn't come in. Checkout line was long we had somewhere to be but was delayed. They need more help at such a hotel of this one being big and nice. She should have had others with her. Never could get the water hit enough for the tub just warm. Lighting in mirror area was low not real bright.

The space was nice and open, the resturant dinning was really good and it offered a lounge feeling with music. Very relaxing and enjoyable. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was real cooked food and not heated package items that some establishment offer. Plenty of parking available and right off the highway exit. A very great pick! For the amenities the price of the two rooms was very impressive. Would definitely stay again.

Theres not anything i can think of that I did not like.

This is an exception value if you want to stay near atlanta GA For what you get indoor and out door swimming pool Plus a full Gym Rooms are very up to Date and Clean and Quiet Has 2 Places to eat inside hotel and many places within walking distance I Give it 5 Stars all around

I can't think of anything Bad to say about this place Except it may be hard to get a Bag carry Cart to get to your room at check in. That was the only thing I had a problem with

Ms. Mo offered excellent customer service. Other team members worked as a positive team as well. The view from my room was appreciated. The bed was comfortable. Having a microwave was great. House keeping was generous.

Although the room was clean it had a slight smell. It was ok for me to spray my own. I was very satisfied with my overall stay. I would definitely return for future stay. I would also recommend others to visit as well. I have no more comments.

Staff was really friendly. There was a big event with a religious congregation and while it was busy, it was a very friendly and positive group and it made me happy that the staff helped me know about a little more traffic for the elevator than usual and a back elevator I could use. GREAT STAY! I also liked the proximity to inexpensive eateries close by. Yum!

I didn't experience the breakfast, however, it looked fresh and smelled really good. The dining area was very inviting and very clean.

There could be a better system in place when guests request fresh towels and other necessities. Several requests would have to be made before requests are granted.
