Great service from the staff. Rooms we're great. Very accommodating to all requests. Restaurant food quality was fantastic and room service also smoothly operated. Breakfast had everything that was needed. Would recommend and would come back. We enjoyed our stay so much, we decided to stay an extra night and managed this directly with the front desk who were polite, friendly and always happy to help.

Lighting is a little dark and the bed size a little small in the junior suite. However comfortable and had a good night sleep. Wouldn't stop me from returning at all.

Convenient location, a short drive to the center of Newcastle. Big and spacious free parking. Wonderful, rich, and delicious breakfast in the restaurant inside the hotel. Overall, it was a good value.

The king-size bed in the room literally occupies all the room, so there is almost no place for anything else in the room. It felt claustrophobic. And there is pretty much noise from the road outside.

Brilliant location and very friendly staff. It was nice to have access to the two onsite restaurants - both of these had excellent food and atmosphere. The breakfast was very good and whilst it felt initially pricey, you could easily get your moneys worth. They offered cooked meals in the kitchen (e.g. eggs benedict, avocado on toast) alongside the hot buffet and the continental. The room was nice and spacious with good facilities, we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were excellent and really made the experience great.

There was a couple of minor cleanliness issues - a small stain on a towel and the bathroom needed a good scrub but it was decently clean. There was noise at night but we did stay on the weekend so that can't be helped, and it was only minor and occasional. It would be good to have a plug next to the kettle as we had to move the whole coffee tray to the desk to put the kettle on.

Stacy, front of house was brilliant. I needed a late check-in in the early hours and she could not have been more accommodating. Her response to my request via email was almost instantaneous. To my surprise on arrival at 0230hrs I was checked in and upon reaching my allocated room number i was delighted to find that the hotel had upgraded me to a suite which was perfect in every way. Breakfast was amazing, fantastic choice from a buffet style arrangement but also a menu on the table to order other specifics. I would definitely return on a future visit to the North East.

The location is great for anyone wanting to be in Newcastle, though not directly in the city centre. Great location for venturing out and exploring Newcastle and the surrounding towns. Staff were lovely, up beat friendly, always on hand. Great selection of foods for breakfast. Both pizza restaurant and pub which are with in the hotel were lovely. The room was Morden but traditional, promoting the history if Gosforth, which is a lovely touch. Plenty of parking available, at no extra cost. Will definitely be back again.

Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Room was small, but very comfortable and clean, with a good shower. Eating in the bar, was easy, with a good choice of meals.

As is current trend, room was dark with no central light. My wife found bed very high to get into. Pillows were firm, good for me not for my wife; staff swapped them for softer ones after first night.
