We had a room on the third floor where there is a outdoor heated balcony with a view of the mountains. Breakfast is more like a buffet in a fine restaurant instead of the normal hotel breakfast. This place is first class all the way.

There’s a $45:00 per night charge to park in their parking garage. I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere when I booked the room

Large lobby with lots of seating and a fireplace. Great breakfast with so many choices. Large quiet room with comfortable bed. Convenient shuttle to center of Vail. Very clean and new.

Right next to highway. You cannot hear it from the room, however it is loud at the hot tub and outdoor space. Only available parking is hotel garage at a relatively high price, not clearly disclosed when booking. Not in center of Vail, however the free shuttle brings you back and forth.

Clean, modern, central location, & walking to shops

Hidden $45 parking fee- This needs to be disclosed in bold before booking. Very strong febreeze style cleaner used. (on floors & all in the carpet) While this may be an industry standard, it should be eliminated as its a nasty, TOXIC chemical & very impacting for sensitive folks like myself.

They had just opened this hotel a few days ago and everything looked shiny and new. Our room had a kitchenette and living room space , so overall very spacious. They had some water issue next day morning and they gave us late checkout because of that . Gym was also very well equipped. Property was very close to Vail village. Huge display of fall colors right from the bedroom.

Need to pay for parking.

The Residence Inn was a great choice for us in Vail. The hotel has all the amenities you need for your ski trip. Their shuttle service to Vail Village is very convenient and runs every 15 minutes until 10pm. Parking is great! Without knowing too much about other hotels in Vail, I think it is an excellent option in terms of price/benefit without ever feeling like a low-cost hotel (which it is not). 100% recommended.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was healthy and filing. I didn't get a chance to use the hot tubs or gym, but that's on me.

Make sure all the additional costs are displayed upfront like $45 for parking a car.

Went down to the bar to have a drink drink with limited appetizers that wasn’t the problem. The problem was the bartender who told everybody where all the strip clubs were??very not appropriate very weird immediately went back to the room.

The room was well furnished. Full kitchen with decent tableware. Space was good for us. Fitness room was well equipped compared to some hotels. Breakfast had good choices. Outside sitting area Shuttle service to Vail village.

Not being advised up front of parking fees. Coffee wasn't too good.

The customer service was excellent, the room was impeccable, the breakfast very good (one of the hot options varied per day). A special thanks to Colin at the reception for his help.
