Quiet location yet only 5mins walk from the Vatican museum entrance or local restaurants. The room was large with a decent en-suite. The air-conditioning was very welcome. The hosts made the bed daily and ensured that we always had fresh milk in the fridge. Loved the cakes and tea-making facilities next door. We didn’t mind that there was no 'proper' breakfast area. Eating in our room wasn't a hardship.. Felt very safe and secure. They even provided a pot for our toothbrushes! :) We'll definitely stay here if we return to Rome

Lovely room and en suite. Perfect for two people. Very clean with a cleaner coming daily. There were two bottles of fresh water, orange juice , milk and butter in a little mini fridge on arrival. All complimentary. You could get breakfast in a little kitchen next door. Very comfortable bed Easy to check in through the owners instructions and the owner was so helpful. Located close to the metro, very easy to travel to and from the apartment The restaurants and bars around are fantastic. Much cheaper than going into Central Rome. Better quality food too. We also visited the vatican, which it's right next to the apartment. We did this during the day but because of its proximity to us we also did it at night. It was incredible seeing it so quiet with all the lights on the statues & fountains compared to the hassle and bussle during the day! Highly recommend

Everything was great, we had self check in, that was very easy, room was big enough, clean and comfy. Breakfast was good, cakes, crostata, croasan, toast, cereals, caffe and tea, typical italian breakfast, we enjoyed breakfast in our room, in bed :) Location is great, just few minutes from metro Cipro and several bus stops. Entrance to Musei Vaticani less that five minutes walk. Nicola allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after check out what was great for us.

Nicola is very responsive to all our inquiries booking to check-in. He even allowed us to check out a bit later than the normal time. The property has this kitchen where Nicola has free snack/food for all. Tha location is great because it is just behind the walls of St.Peter’s Basilica.

Not really a negative comment but just a point of view regarding the size of the shower. Personally, I didn’t have any issue because I am petite but probably with taller people.

It was our first time in Rome and this apartment left a great impression. The room was cleaned every day and the food in the fridge was refreshed. The location is great, especially for those who want to visit a Vatican Museum. The breakfast is also very good (croissants with butter and lots of pastries). I would give it a 10 out of 10 for the service, rapport with the owner, and large balconies with beautiful calm yard.

• Grear location, few minutes from Vatican enterance by foot. • Bus and metro station one street under the apartment

• There is one apartmant in the building that have 3 rooms (with individual bathroom for each unit), so you are feeling like you are in one apartmant with other people, just in separate rooms. • The door for entering is very loud and you have to make a full circle 4 times with the key and make a big noise, so it is not pleasent for other people (or you, when somebody is coming back). • The breakfast is not fresh, you have a packed croasants and sweet pie and tart. Also, that beakfast is in the kitchen whole day, so you acctualy can take something whenever you want.

Nicola was super responsive. Any questions; he provided an immediate response. I could see the walls of the Vatican from my window.

The exterior stairs. Rome is hilly in the Vatican area. You will lug your luggage up and down many steps. This is just an fyi and not a reflection on the room. Pack light.

The hotel is located next to the Vatican and it is really calm. There is the self check-in and check out and all instructions were sent by Nicola who was really helpful and communicative via Whatsapp. Whenever I needed something, there was a help. The room was clean and cosy. There is always something to eat + toaster, kettle, tea bags, coffee. So, you can serve yourselves.

The bigger choice of food for breakfast would be nice but it was sufficient for us.

Appartment was perfect for our stay. It was clean, cleaning was done each day. There is a small fridge in the room, fresh water is provided each day. Coffe is provided and kitchen is also available, so it was a great option, that we could make a breakfast in appartment. There is a private bathroom and WC in each room. Sound isolation is perfect. The noise from the steet was not disturbing as appartment has a view to the yard. We really appreciated that there were no disturbing noises, wery calm and silent durinf the night. As we are sensitive to noises, it was a grat value. It's near the Vatican city, some 3 minutes walk to entrance to the Vatican museum. Apartment is just 7-10 minutes walk from metro station Cipro. There were also some snacks for breakfast in the room. We really enjoyed our stay. The always answered really fast to questions about best transport to use for reaching places we wanted to visit.
