This is an amazing farm in the heart of Tuscany. But the incredible part is the owners and staff – Luciano, Laura and their team made us feel extremely comfortable during our stay. Their kindness and attention to the details creates such a hospitable atmosphere. Always smiling and ready to help if you’re looking for some recommendations. The food is amazing – fresh eggs from the farm, homemade pies, great coffee and everything else – during our 9 nights stay we had great breakfast every morning. Sometimes they make dinners too – delicious homemade italian dishes according to the family recipies. And after the breakfast you may return to your sparkling clean room. The location is amazing for staying with kids – there are horses, a donkey, chickens and a very friendly dogs. Luciano e Laura, grazie!

The property is a gorgeous renovated large private home in a wonderfully convenient location. Beautiful grounds and pool, great and plentiful breakfast, clean comfortable rooms. The absolute best part of staying here though, are the hosts: Luciano and Laura. They are two of the sweetest, most helpful and considerate people I've ever met. If you need a place to stay in the Sienna area, this is the one! Oh, and If you don't feel like going out to dinner, Laura is a gifted cook who will provide a great dinner if asked for a reasonable price.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

i really liked the property itself, everything was well thought of, quiate a family business but very professional I loved that they went out of their way, when i was asking for non pork food and they provided me with chicken and turkey alternatives. this is a great and kind initiative i will never forget :) also my pertner broke a porcelain bowl in the room and we offered to pay as it was an accident but the owners refused to accept any payment. We were very humbled.

the best was not very comfortable, i could feel the springs. still it didnt ruin our stay. the wifi did not work everywhere on the property but i think thats because it was a remote location and vast land, so i cannot complaint.

Luciano & Laura were wonderful hosts of their beautiful property! The property is lovely to explore and includes a pool and lovely garden. The location is very quiet and close enough to go to Siena and surrounding areas. Luciano gave us wonderful recommendations for a couple of restaurants nearby as well as a winery for tastings. Laura cooked us amazing breakfasts with a large selection and made us the most delicious dinner for our last night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

The beds are a bit hard and an extra pillow or two would be nice.

This place, typically located on top of a little hill, is just awesome…the beautifully renovated 500-year old Building with fantastic Rooms/Beds and such a nice pool…everything combined makes you feel like you were in a Tuscany Dream 😊. The Breakfast is just sooo delicious…homemade just about everything 😊. Finally…If you’re into Gravel-Bikeriding like we are, you won’t find a better spot to start your loops into Strade Bianche or L‘Eroica 🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏽‍♂️🥰

Location was excellent for visiting within 50-60 kms, which was our plan. Breakfast was very good but dinner options in the local area were limited—we had dinner at the same place 3 out of 4 evenings.

We were upstairs in the main building, several times a day the strong smell of cigarette smoke came in the windows or door, no way to escape it.

A secluded farm literally in the middle of nowhere - well, in the middle of a field. Wonderful hosts, truly excellent breakfast, a large and pleasant pool. My unit was spacious enough and everything was functional, including a small fridge. There is a row of parking spaces right outside the gate, but I was also able to enter the gate and drive right up to the unit to unload (and then load) the suitcase. Siena is a short drive away, so is Chiantigiana - the Chianti Road (that's how I arrived) - and do ask Luciano and Laura for dinner recommendations: they recommended two restaurants in nearby villages to me, about 5 minutes' drive away each - one was excellent, the other was nothing short of fabulous, and as a bonus both were local spots - not touristy at all.

Not reall a matter of liking or disliking - you must have a car and it would be challenging without a GPS even though there are signs along the unpaved road through the fields that leads to the farm. Your car will be quite dusty after a single drive.

Fantastic location on top of a hill with fields all around. Very quiet. The pool is lovely. The hotel is in an old casale that has been beautifully renovated and furnished. There is ample space for activities, including indoors in case of rain or on cold evenings. The staff was very helpful.

A minor point: the breakfast buffet was very attractive, with many types of breads, croissants, cakes, breakfast cereals, etc, but for travellers on a low-carb diet, there were limited options. In particular, we would have appreciated a selection of fresh cheeses.

First of all the hosts Luciano and his wife Laura are exceptional hosts.Kind friendly and make you feel welcomed. Ready to help with anything you ask . Wonderful place for vacation . The room was very comfortable beds were comfy. Very clean and well kept. Breakfast was very good. Nice variety. The day we left we had to leave very early in the morning and could not have breakfast, so Laura prepared for us a thermos with coffee and a plate with Laura's great home made cookies. The buildings were beautiful and the interiors created a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The breakfasts were excellent, plenty of choices and many homemade entrees. The host and hostess were personable and strived to make us comfortable, making sure that we were well taken care of.

It wasn’t within walking distance of any restaurants or markets, but the quiet country atmosphere is what we were looking for, so this isn’t really a complaint. You just need to be aware if you don’t have your own transportation.
