Location was amazing , in the middle of Tuscany so you can visit other towns and also still enjoy the tranquility of the place We. Were able to enjoy the bike rentals and explore the area around that way too Management is super helpful and nice . The place is spotless and village is really enchanting Pool area is really good and the extra tennis table and pool table and füsball were all nice

Two little things One is that the apartment part of the facility needs a bit of interior decoration update especially the washroom ( old shower , no hooks etc ) The other part is that breakfast although nice but probably needs a bit of work to make it up to the standards of the other excellent services this hotel has

Lovely picturesque location with a nice view, gardens, pool and a very good restaurant on the premises. The rooms are spacious and rustic, with comfortable beds and equipped with almost everything you might need.. The staff is super friendly, extremely nice with kids - we had 2 lovely dinners in their restaurant. 25 min drive to Siena.

The only thing missing for us was toiletries, the mini pouch of shower gel provided was insufficient for me

Great location about half an hour drive from Siena. Pool was amazing - views from it were idyllic. Very clean and drinks were reasonably priced.

We had problems with our air con - firstly being very noisy intermittently through night then it stopped working half way through the following night. Think we were just unlucky - reception did all they could to help fix it. The bed was extremely hard and therefore uncomfortable. So much so my partner ended up in the sofa bed. Could do with serving food all day and a pizza oven would be fab!

The view from the room was magnificent. It was nice to have a separate bedroom. The wardrobes were well thought out. The rest areas were peaceful. The pool was very enjoyable and had a wonderful view. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening. Restaurant prices were reasonable and the food was delicious.

The bathroom was renovated and the towels were very clean. But the furniture in the room, especially the kitchen, was very old. Kitchen cabinets were very difficult to open. It would be nice if there was a coffee machine or kettle.

There were some lovely views from the public areas of the property (terrace etc). But there were some earth works being carried out just outside our room, which spoiled the view from our balcony. Pool looked good, though I couldn't use it on this occasion. Breakfast was good.

It would be good to have cut fruit at breakfast, And the juices were hard to identify, and one of the juice dispensers didn't work one morning. Also there was a shelf above the area where the hot water jug etc were placed. Because the shelf protruded too far into the room, it was easy to hit one's head on it as one was using the facilities beneath it.

The best ever accommodation during two weeks Italy round trip of our family. Thank you very much for making our Tuscany visit memorable. A cozy and modern suit room with a perfect view and loved the great openable window which makes the landscape viewpoint unique. The continental breakfast was the best with quality products and the staff was very kind with appreciated communication skills.

My family regretted not staying longer than planned. We promise for the next visit!

This property is a piece of art. This is an amazing hotel that gives you a true Tuscany taste. The remote location is perfect for disconnecting from your world and just relax. Rent a bike or hike and enjoy! The staff were very welcoming and helped and supported us with anything we needed. We rented a 3 story apartment and it was more than enough for family of 4. kids were very comfortable on the loft and our room was perfect too. We easily could have two more people on the first floor. Very clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful facing an amazing view. We visited 14 places during our stay in Italy and this place is by far my favorite place. I could stay 1 more week there and for sure I will be back as soon as I get a chance.

A beautiful hotel in a gorgeous rural location. Staff could not have been more kind, helpful and engaged. Delicious breakfast, beautiful pool. Lots of varying locations for sunbathing (gardens on different levels)with the most incredible view! We did bed and breakfast but ate in the restaurant several nights as well, food was fantastic; local cuisine and nicely varied menu. Highly recommend for a relaxing break.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom terraced apartment. It was very spacious , beautiful architecture and had plenty of room for 6 people . Each room had its own en-suite with a lovely big comfortable bed . The terrace was lovely to sit and have a coffee with a view . We had dinner on the terrace two out of three nights and had plenty of kitchen utensils to work with. The pool was heated and larger than expected and the table tennis table was a nice touch . The resteraunt was modern and beautifully decorated with great food. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. There was also ample parking space for our two cars

Everything. I absolutely loved this hotel and have already been making plans to return. Everyone we encountered were absolutely next level, everyone was welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind. The accommodation was very large, so much space with outstanding views. The rooms were amazing too, very comfortable. The pool, cafe and restaurant were perfect. I cannot wait to go back. The location is amazing for traveling to the small towns and vineyards around Tuscany, it's the perfect base. I loved it.
