We would like to thank all the staff at the hotel, special shout out to TEDDY at the restaurant, very welcoming lady and proffessional. Also a big special shout out to NELSON (front desk) he was readily available and always ready to assit us. Quite proffessional and a great problem solver whenever we got stuck..he was also very kind and of good demeanor.

The internet was on and off especially in the the rooms, and the TVs kept on hanging. However NELSON assured us everytime and also assisted all time when we could not get a hang of it. The management to check on the internet issue and also improve on the TV apps.

The expectations were exceeded with all fairness to any other similar hotels in the vicinity. I believe this was the best at this rate, that I have had the privilege to stay at.

Only point that I believe should be looked at is the price on the menu for drinks are not what you pay. Example I took Heineken and was on the menu at 12k and when I paid the system showed 15k. This the only reason I did not give 10 out 10 as the explanation was they update the system regularly and if that is true then the menus should too. I could have insisted to pay on the menu price, but it was not the staffs fault.

Amazing buffet breakfast, with eggs to order. Very clean and well maintained with excellent AC system, though you could see some age on surfaces. Great location and gym equipment was well kept and very clean. A water filtration system that allowed drinking water from tap and excellent water pressure and hot water system. Loved having the kitchenette.

WiFi was sporadic; I had 1 hour virtual training that was interrupted twice and we had to turn our video off to reduce bandwidth to improve audio. Buffering on smart TVs was also significant. We had to have our own Netflix or Prime accounts to watch movies on the smart TVs unless a previous patron left their account open. Bed was standard foam and a bit on the too firm side for me, but great down comforter and pillows.

The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Spacious bathroom and cosy bedroom. The living room and kitchenette were compact but suitably equipped. The bed was great. Staff (especially housekeeping and restaurant) very friendly and approachable. The standard of food and service was high.

One point: The wifi throughout my stay, particularly in my room), was sporadic at best and safe to say atrocious. This affected my ability to work from the hotel and make calls to family. No signal for the TV either.

Spacious rooms that have a separate sitting area and kitchenette with microwave and kettle. Food at the restaurant was tasty. Staff arranged an airport pickup and everything went well. Shower products were surprisingly nice.

The restaurant didn't have a few things on the menu. Traffic in Kampala can be a challenge, but nothing the hotel can do about that.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was spacious and the extra living area was an added bonus.

The bed was very hard, the towels were worn out and quite a few dishes were not available on the menu. There was also no butter to put on your toast with breakfast. The gym equipment was also not in a good condition and need an urgent upgrade.

Hotel is located litlle on a side, but thanks to this the road is less busy and restaurant has a nice top view on the Kampala. Food is good, both breakfast and a la carte. My room was spacious with modern outlook.

Nothing meaningful for my 2 night stay.

Breakfast lacked variety and did not cater to the diverse population that came to stay. There was no variety for Pakistani travelers

More variety and spices, no sauces with samosa, somedays there was no bread and butter and we had to ask, sometimes, the breakfast started later than 7 am and we had to wait for arrangements to complete. Most of the times, it seemed monotonous and for people who are staying more than a week, it could get frustrating

Was a nice place, was recommended to me by local friends. Good place, quiet, large room - living room with TV plus sleeping room with TV. - Good bed, good matresse, good curtains, room was dark for sleeping. Small kitchen. terrace restaurant and breakfast. - Quality of food and breakfast, was outside better. But all in all - recommandation from my site.

Quality of breakfast

This hotel has something to offer which is very rare in Kampala: silence. It has an excellent location, near town, Kololo, Acacia mall, and the main roads through Kampala, yet it had the most quiet night, free from outside noise in my entire four week stay in Kampala. The room was a bit dated but had a great layout, with a kitchen, sitting room, absolutely great bed (huge and comfortable) and fantastic shower. The rooftop terrace is a great place to enjoy a (very good!) meal or drink in the evening. very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely return here.

I prefer a buffet style breakfast over a la carte, but maybe this was because it was a slow time when I was there.
