Quiet location Warm and spacious room Bed was very comfy Room had lighting but also blackout blinds, so we had an excellent & restful sleep TV & internet, plenty of bottled water, kettle etc Pool was very clean, quiet and facilities were clean and easy to use

The bathroom needs some work, signs of repair are obvious, but the room is clean! The door was banging in the wind, so we wedged the heavy bin against it- this needs fixing, I’m not sure if anyone else has reported it? Personally I’d lose the ?door art? - the door propped against the rear door Also the 2 horse pictures to each side of the main picture on the left wall, just looks odd. Maybe frame and hang them as it looks like I’ve done it myself😅🥴

Lovely hotel. Great staff, beautiful and luxurious room with ample courtesy tray and toiletries. Breakfast and afternoon tea highly recommended ( we did not have dinner, but it looked popular). Big feature was the heated indoor pool. We easily visited Bath and Longleat from here, and there are many lovely eateries in Bradford upon Avon.

Very big room, we had plenty of space for us 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Great bathroom too. Beds were comfy and pool was a nice plus. The main building with lodges and restaurant is very cosy. Excellent breakfast. There’s also a nice pub (boathouse) just a short stroll away where you have simple meals near the marina.

Not much, except maybe the basic shower’s temperature which was a bit high

Friendly helpful staff and good location with a charming setting. Breakfast was very good. Bed and bed linens comfy and good quality

Whole place felt a bit neglected and could do with some redecorating. E.g. paintwork on the windows and in the bathroom was very scruffy. Not a big deal but at this price point I would expect better

Spacious room with large very comfortable bed. Lovely and helpful staff. Good food and great bar.

Towel rail and underfloor heating in the bathroom didn't work during my 3 night stay. Despite letting the hotel know it was not fixed though they did take the price of breakfast off my final bill. Window frames and doors need decorating. Peeling paint and mould patches. Would prefer cost of breakfast to be included in price. Did not like an extra charge of £2.50 for a cappuccino!!

family room was spacious and very comfy for 4 people (incl 2 teens). Breakfast and Dinner options were great - food was exceptional quality. Gin bar was super, Lounges relaxing - always a place to tuck your self away and the children loved the indoor pool. This is our 3rd visit and we will be back

It was quiet, well kept, beautiful gardens, the staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean. I was also very lucky that myself and my daughter were upgraded, which was lovely. All fixtures and fittings were of high standard and even the complimentary teas and coffees were of a high brand. Check in and check out were fast and hassle free. Lovely place to stay and I would definitely stay again 😀

The swimming pool was out of order and my daughter was looking forward to using it. However, I was informed the day before my trip that it may still be out of order. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The whole ambience was great. My 6 year old loved it especially the pool.

The windows in our room had misting within the double glazing which impacted our views which I am sure you are resolving (Room 8). The breakfast was lovely but a little pricey and wanted to charge a full price for my 6 year old when all she wanted was a little breakfast. We shared mine in the end. A childs breakfast menu would be beneficial.

A stylish, boutique- style hotel in a quiet location close to Bradford on Avon. The rooms are spacious with proper bathrooms (shower and tub) and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent: good choices and high quality ingredients. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The gin bar and swimming pool are bonuses!

Nice room, comfortable beds, shower, nice swimming pool and gardens. Was shown to our room by a member of staff who was very helpful with our suitcases

The rooms are separated from main building so you have to go outdoors to return to your room. Back of hotel could be presented better. Arrived a little early but room wasn't ready. Had a meeting came back at 11pm called ahead but phone was not answered in a professional way. Didn't even say "good evening" or say the name of the hotel it was just Hello like we had called a mini cab office.
