The staff is very professional and polite. The room I stayed in was spotless. It was remodeled and done tastefully. It was quiet. I stayed one night then booked another night because of a family member hospital stay at Stanford

The walls are thin and you can hear in the next room. This can’t be helped, it’s an old motor lodge.

The room was very accessible (wheelchair). Clean, nice size. The bathroom was very accessible- I wish more bathrooms in ADA rooms were like the one at Hotel Parmani. The staff were exceedingly helpful with accommodations. Good location. I needed to stay close to the hospital where my child was inpatient. They were very understanding when she was discharged early, and I needed to check out early as well. They were very professional I would stay here again.

Once you master the robocheck-in (see below), everything was run smoothly and efficiently.

For check-in (and general issue settling) the premises use a robo-concierge. It takes your ID, scans your credit card and issues the room key. The human that drives the robo-concierge connects with you via internet from the Philippines. Brave New World!

Clean, basic, and a great location.

We got a queen accessible room as it was the only one left when I booked it. Our only complaint is that there is no closet, dresser, or place to hang anything long (dress, long coat) in that room, and no where to put toiletries in the bathroom. Our daughter came later to a regular queen room and it had more amenities for storage. Could also have used a couple extra pillows.

It was clean and quiet. I stayed in the handicap room and it was tastefully remodeled. It was very close to Stanford hospital. There were several eating establishments in walking distance. The staff was friendly and there was always someone there

The carpets.

Fab, clean, convenient, good value! Bathroom was great. Spare pillow would have made it better but really, great stay!

Check in staff - bit weird and cold to have night window operational at 4pm. Would not let us in the front door and was vague with room directions… “it’s over there”. Young “check out” staff member the next day was lovely though so hard to say if just one person letting down the team

Clean room. It seemed the washroom was newly renovated. McDonald is located within walking distance.

It seemed there was no lift, so it would be difficult if you have heavy luggages.

This is my first time here in America, for work. I stay in this hotel for more than one month. The place is fantastic and they provide 5 stars service!

We chose this hotel because it says we can pay at the property meaning we can pay in cash but when we got there we were told that we cant pay in cash

The room was very clean and everything was updated.

I didn’t like that the front door was old so it had a large opening at the bottom of the door. Critters could make their way in.
