My Husband and I were in Palo Alto for a test at the VA Hospital, so a little anxious, but the Hello and the smiles from the Staff really lowered that. We needed a downstairs room because of my Husbands health issues, they gave us the nicest room with parking in front of that room, couldn't have made it any easier. Not to far from the VA, close to were we wanted to have an early meal. The room was very nice, decor was beautiful. Will stay again when we have to come back for further VA visits

Loved my room. It was spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. It was very quiet as well. I also liked how the sink was outside of the bathroom. The staff at the lobby was friendly. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The free breakfast provided was also very yummy and consisted of multiple options. Parking was easy to find in the lot during the day, but if you drive in at night (after 9PM), parking will be sparse.

I felt like the bathroom wasn't entirely clean because when I stepped into it for the first time, housekeeping left a bar of used soap from a previous guest in the shower. Which I, of course, didn't touch.

At a first glance, it looks like any “cheap motel” but once you spend even 5 minutes on the property, you notice how well kept and clean it is. It’s a very nice, quiet property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was a little bit on the older side but VERY clean and well maintained. The AC was cold, the blankets were clean and warm, the bed was very comfortable! The water in the shower was hot and the towels were clean and soft. There’s a cute little garden in the back too! Overall, excellent experience! Highly recommended.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Comfortable bed in a good sized room. Nice work desk. The shower was the only one in the several hotels I've used in California with a "hand held shower" with three modes, although with the typical US "just temprature all or nothing" faucet. Lot's of USB sockets. The bathroom was really big.

The breakfast was too "US basic". Be prepared to have a good walk (or call for delivery) to find something to eat if you arrive late. The "magic hands free" water fountain required a masters degree to operate. The breakfast room is a bit too small for "rush hour".

Front desk is very friendly. Breakfast 6:30am - 9am!!!! .Beds are very comfortable.

I really enjoyed the quality of the room, and that they were all so very quiet. Not at any point during my stay did I ever hear another guest. Something I rarely find even in 4+ star hotels. I loved the breakfast and the hours that it was served. Most of all, I enjoyed and appreciated the staff. From the moment I checked in they handled everything in a calm, courteous, and professional manner, always [lacing my comfort and needs first. I even extended one night, and when doing so found that the room I was in would not be available the next night. After speaking with them at the front desk, they said they could extend me one night, but I would most likely have to move to a smaller room for the extended night. Just after returning to my room, they called and informed me that I would they had managed to figure out a way for me to not only stay in the larger room Ii was already in, but I would not even be charged more for the larger room. Above and beyond. I will stay here whenever I travel to the area.

The only thing I would change, would be closer to some restaurants or nightlife. On the positive side, there is a Walgreens right next door that weas very convenient for snacks and drinks.

So many supplies and beautiful decor. I really loved the super long surface over the dressers. Ditto for the bathroom sink area - so much room. I wish I had that sink in my house! The shower was lovely. The breakfast area was immaculate, thanks to the constant attention of the staff. Many, many choices for breakfast.

I should have checked the temperature of the fridge when I noticed how cold things were getting. Eventually, everything got frozen.

Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. We came early and reassured us to get our room ready early, which he didn’t even have to do especially because we were early. Rooms were clean. Even the shower curtain was new or atleast freshly changed!

The stairs. Our room was in the older building and we needed to take stairs. Although it was a struggle, my elderly mom was fortunately able to climb it. We couldn’t really change rooms because it was the largest and the one we preferred. I just wished that it was disclosed on the website that the room is located on the second floor and only accessible via stairs.

The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. They even have robes, full size body lotion, tea and coffee etc. Items you would expect in a 4-5 star hotel. Beds and pillows were comfortable and plentiful. Breakfast was fresh made and delicious. It was a quiet room despite being a motor Inn on a busy street. Overall, I was very impressed

Nothing! Even the location close to Stanford was great! Highly recommend for parents weekend.

The room was big and the beds were big as well. We were able to check-in late. It was clean when we entered. We had microwave, fridge and coffee machine. They gave us complementary water the first day. We had plenty of wardrobes.

For me the mattress was too soft. Since COVID room cleaning service is only offered for long stays once every a few days. They just emptied the bins and gave us new towels. It is not that bad, it's just a few years ago the rooms were used to be made daily. The breakfast was not so good but I guess that average for these kind of hotels. In the end we had our coffee there in the morning and we went to have breakfast somewhere else.
