Our stay was a great experience and we will return. The host really understands what guests are looking for and takes care of you perfectly. The breakfast was terrific with a great variety. The facilities onsite include a huge games room with a pool table, card tables, and a sitting area with plush couches and a full height stone fire place. It was December so we didn't use the pool but it is inground and spotless.

The only thing we regret is that we hadn't visited here before booking 3 days in Lisbon. We would have loved to spend some more time just lounging in the property.

For the people who like classy place, clean and hotel 4* feeling like in a guest-house, it’s a great choice. Very kind staff, a lot of possibilities like swimming pool, snooker, giant chess game and mini golf, it’s a great choice.

Nothing. If I really had to tell something, would be nice to propose a real good coffee (espresso machine?) for breakfast and maybe have a kettle in the bedroom. Localisation : it’s a very beautiful and charming place, but a bit lost in the middle of nowhere. Didn’t affect our short stay at all.

The staff from the time of check in to time of check out were VERY pleasant and VERY efficient. The breakfast was all fresh, well stocked and a great way to begin the day. This is a very well run place and would recommend it if it fits into your travels.

The pillows were quite small. It was odd to us not being able to flush toilet paper. The wooden shutters were beautiful and kept the room dark for sleeping but seemed to stick/ not be able to open/ close easily.

Very nice facilities with lots of amenities. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The provided breakfast was outstanding with a great selection of dishes and fresh eggs prepared each morning. Plenty of parking space available.

The location is a bit remote and is best for those driving and not relying on public transport. Not too much in the immediate proximity of the inn but Alcobaça is a few kilometers away and there are many restaurants there.

We loved this place! Even though it is not in some bigger city it was amazing getaway. We did roadtrip from Porto to Faro and this was supposed to be just place to sleep at for one night as it was on the way and for good price, we did not expect to love it so much. The room looked better than in the pictures and so did the whole place. Pool was very clean. There were also other activities such minigolf (not the best one :D) but also billiard, ping-pong, table football, all in common area where guests can hang out - opened 24 hours. Host was super nice and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Breakfast was also nice with enough options. We strongly recommend this place!

This property is adorable! The house is very cute and has many amenities. They had a large swimming pool, game room, mini golf, life sized chess, and an area to relax and read. There were many families staying. The property itself is in a really small town, but very close to Nazaré and other small towns. The drive in was very nice, through rolling farm land. The property owners were friendly. Breakfast was great including eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt… pretty much everything you could want. Our room was spacious, with a big comfortable (but firm) bed. There was great ac in the room.

Nothing, we really enjoyed staying here.

Perfect location, just by the main road from Batalha to Alcobaca, Batalha, cose to Fatima, Tomar... Very friendly staff at the reception with recomandation for excelent restaurant (Antonio Padeiro) for tasty dinner (four Michelim plates 2018 to 2021, but normal prices for food and wine) in Alcobaca and oferring us a free room with billiards, table tennis and table football.

A little gem in the Alcobaça region. Near Fatima as well as the ocean. Lina was a fabulous host, and helpful with recommendations on where to eat. We finally ate at the Restaurante António Padeiro, a Michelin-rated venue. What a pleasant surprise. The casualness of the place gave the place its charm. Would definitely recommend it!

Not wanting to criticize and understanding that in the countryside everyone has dogs, however, if you like sleeping with open windows, then you'll be having early morning "conversations" with the 1-2 neighboring dogs.

Road is a bit more busy than expected and easily accessible so keep an eye out for your kids. Private outdoor space is very nice but not directly accessible from the apartment. So either walk around the place or climb through the window :)

My family with two kids stayed in a suite. It was super comfortable: the beds were nice and comfy and the entire place was super clean. My kids really enjoyed the facilities: pool, pool table, ping pong table, (even mini golf!). After a long day of sight seeing in Batalha and Obidos we opened ordered take away and opened a bottle of wine and had it pool side! It was perfect! We also enjoyed the breakfast very much! Perhaps the best part was the hostess. She was very attentive of all our needs and made sure our stay was perfect. Thanks!
