I did not have the breakfast there but I did get coffee in the mornings. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. It provided a relaxing get away after a busy day out. The bathroom was nice and clean.

The shower door did not remain closed but kept opening, letting a draft in while showering. I didn't get maid service the last two days during my stay. Because there was a children's dance competition and soccer game (separate events) during my stay there were a couple of nights when children were running up and down the hall giggling and laughing. But overall, it was a nice place to stay.

very clean & the beds were so comfy. The hotel bar was very nice and they even had karaoke going on when we stayed. Good location.

the Starbucks. We had a terribke experience with the employee that was working and training two new hires was absolutely rude. She told one of my friends she didn’t have sweet cold foam and then the next friend that order told her she would have to make it up. Long story short she ended up putting just whipped cream on the top of their drinks so they got charged $2.00 for whip cream. As we were waiting in some other friends drinks my friend & I that was already down there she wanted to get a flat lid and so we asked one of the ladies training if she could get one and she was going to grab it and then the main lady that was training stopped her and said no don’t give it to them. For whatever reason I don’t know and neither did the lady training…it was ridiculous.

Our front desk attendant was the sweetest and most likable person. (She deserves recognition!) She was swamped and dealt with many pressuring situations and rude travelers, while she kept her cool and remained polite with a beautiful, sincere smile!!

The hotel has spotty air conditioning. One room within the hotel is muggy and warm, another may be freezing. I realize people entering and leaving affect this, so I am forgiving.

Thank you Booking.com. you have gone over & beyond in your Customer Service. For the 1st time using your service, I had a bad stay in Fayetteville, ar and you promptly corrected the problem. In 20 yrs, my 1st prob which you fixed, so I'd say we have done well 2gether!

Nothing. We loved it. Beds are very comfy, just needed a microwave. No, I never asked. We were there for 1 night.

The elevator pad was broken, my key to the 11th floor didn't work 3x in a row as the elevator is finicky about traveling there (an employee had to go up with me the 4th attempt), the ranch dip was missing from my wings that I ordered (maybe offer hand wipes with the wings?), only the middle doors in teh entrance are automated... there were a ton of people and things got gridlocked often, the Starbucks does not write names on cups so other people/kids were taking people's drinks... it took 20mins to get my coffee and frappuccino (apparently it is common and many people walk away without anything because the wait is so very long). One woman left, went to Starbucks up the street near teh water, and was back, walked passed me while I was still waiting.

The location was perfect for our visit to Tulsa. We book a wonderful spa visit while at the hotel.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide transportation to the Mabee Center.

Breakfast was fear. Not bad and not good. In the middle. Staffs were friendly.

the connection between booking.com and Marriot system. It took us 45 minutes to be in their system and checking.

We went there for a graduation at ORU. The hotel location was perfect. Just 2 minutes from ORU. There was a nice bar at the lobby and Starbucks for your caffeine fix. There were shops and restaurants nearby. Ample parking space too. The room was clean and big enough.

parking. inconvenient as it is off to one side and curbing makes it where you have to go out into the driveway to navigate ramps if needed.

The only problem we observed is that the drainage in the shower did not allow the water to flow down the drain easily. It would flood and we had to turn off the water to allow for the water to drain every couple of minutes.
