Casa Mocan is perfectly situated in the old town of Arrecife. A few steps fom Plaza las Palmas and also not far from the marina. The rooms are not big and luxuary, but there is everything one needs and decorated in an individual style. There is a common kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. Every morning you’ll find a tablet with your breakfast in the fridge. Laura asked in advance for special wishes and preferences and was very considerate about it, for me for example vegetarian food. The breakfast was very good and varied every day. You can take it in the common kitchen or in the common terrace outside. It’s a good place for people who like to travel individually instead of staying in uniformed hotels.

The weather during our stay.

Laura was really kind and did her best to answer our questions, satisfy our special requests. :) She made cute and delicious breakfast selections for us every day (toast/sandwich, omlett, croissant, fresh fruits, joghurt with orange juice and milk).

The bed and the pillow was a bit hard for me. There was no room cleaning during our stay (one week). I think at the end of the week a sweeper could have been useful. Parking is a bit difficult, sometimes it took a while finding a place nearby.

The included breakfast was delicious and different every day. It offered a great variety of pastries, fruit, yoghurt, toast and a few savoury bits. Very nice added bonus! Laura, the host, was very friendly and responded to our requests promptly. Very comfortable stay, clean and tidy, with a lot of places for food and drinks nearby. We will be back!

Location is great. Breakfast was a bonus and superb. Laura was a gem, any question or issues were dealt with within minutes. I needed a place to do an assessment and even though a layer checkout was not possible (due to incoming guests) I was permitted to stay and use the facilities for the time I needed without questions asked. This will be my first choice when I return. Thank you so much!

Not a thing!!!

The place is so nice, it's seems at home. We can park easy on the street, it's very close to restaurant and bar, grocery, you can come and go in the house. If you need something, Laura is not far, and if you don't, the place is very calm, you can just chill. You have all what you need.

Clean and quiet. Good breakfast, not the same every day. Close to Charco de San Gines with lots of restaurants.

Rather far from the Estacion de guaguas, for people traveling by public transport not convenient. There is no real check in, you get the key via a code at the door. I was lucky to meet the host but if not,it is very unpersonal.

Great service, we arrived 1 hour earlier and already recieved our clean & comfy room. A hot shower with a good amount of water. A nice breakfast to start off the day .. and 3 minutes by foot to awesome restaurants with a beautiful view! Everything perfect!

Laura is a really lovely person and very helpful. Breakfasts were great. The apartment is very close to the restaurants and the main shopping street. Overall it is a nice and quiet place.

Really nice B&B. Clean and the breakfast was homemade. Only 4 rooms in total so it was peaceful. The location is really convenient, just 2 min walk from the seaside and the cafes/restaurants.

Parking might be an issue during weekends

The location was great. The key safe was difficult to undo. It would have been nice to meet the host but we didn't see her all week
