Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Room was a little bit dark with no real view. Hotel was situated at the end of a road which seemed a bit tucked away. The road itself that you had to walk down to get to the beach was not the nicest with broken pavements and lots of discarded rubbish but overall this is not the fault of the hotel and it did not in anyway spoil the holiday.

It was clean and there were lots of natural surroundings like birds and plants. Access to the pools were great and well kept. We like the location, not too busy and away from the main streets, but easy access to nearby shops. Rooms were cleaned daily with fancy towel foldings which we loved. We also like the welcome fruit platter.

To have a hand towel in the bathroom would be great. I knocked my head on the low ceiling slopes in the room a few times because the colour blended in.

The resort is beautiful. It is very peaceful, surrounded by nature but next to the city center. The pool is spacious. The staff is really kind and always help out. There were some negative comments about the breakfast but we found it delicious and different everyday. It is the best deal for the price and we were very happy with out stay.

Very nice resort. The room was very clean and fairly spacious. The bed was comfy and very big. I would suggest to upgrade when booking a room in the resort part of Deevana, as no window in the standard room and no real door between bedroom and bathroom/toilet. Nice pool area and great breakfast choice. Would stay again.

A bit noisy next to the pool, especially when people used the closed bar area after 10pm with their own drinks.

AMAZING stay at Deevana! Could not recommend more to anyone wanting to stay in Ao Nang! P.S there is a skinny black dog that stays around the small pool, he is very timid but needs feeding so if your feeling kind sneak him some food. We bought dog food from 7-eleven round the corner for 1 pound and it fed him for our stay. THANKYOU 💞💞💞💞💞

Accommodation was a short 8-10’ walk away from the main beach area Clean outside and in, gorgeous pool area Helpful friendly and prompt service when we couldn’t access one of our rooms as the door sensor battery was flat.

One of the toilets didn’t flush properly and began to smell. Slight delays when we ordered food by the pool.

This was our third time at Deevana (first two at Deevana Plaza). Krabi Resort is much quieter than the Plaza, which has many very loud Indian guests. Unfortunately covid has left its footprint here, many repairs will be needed. But the staff could not have done more to make us forget it, and made us having an amazing time in Thailand. So I hope that as many guests as possible will arrive so they can recover as soon as possible.

Due to post covid issues, breakfast is in the Plaza (the Krabi Resort restaurant is closed) so the breakfast is very crowded.

Had a wonderful stay!! The resort is a more quiet part of the hotel. Great pool, calm and green atmosphere. Highlight was happy hour and the wonderful barman!!! Hotel offers good breakfast selection and towels for outings. All in all very happy with the hotel!

Many mosquitos at the pool area. But can't be helped. Bring mosquito repellent and it's fine

Reception was perfect as usual! Been here before pandemic and the place is still one of the best on Krabi🙏 This year I could see that the hotel is getting back to full operation as the season started! And special thanks to reception staff as we could register earlier and stay a bit longer at the checkout as the room was available! Thanks for the loyal attitude and we’ll be happy to stay here again once in Krabi🙏 Special thanks for great breakfast and free gym(has everything you need for a quick training👍)

The rooms by the pool are more comfortable by my previous experience. And we had the room at the top floor of the house, which has small window and lacked of natural light on my opinion. But not critical and next time I’ll choose better room, that’s it🙌
