Very affordable and well looked after and clean. It is run by a young family and they could not be nicer. First night the owner gave me a ride to the restaurant on his scooter, my shower stopped making hot water and he replaced the entire shower unit for me within 48 hours. Every time I ran into him in town he offered to buy me coffee. Just the absolute nicest couple. The property has a pool but I didn’t use it.

One thing I thought wouldn’t bother me as much as it started to is the distance from town and the beach. In the morning just going for breakfast I had to walk ten minutes. To town and the beach is 15 minutes. This wouldn’t normally bother me as I like to walk but I was wanting to do photography, if the rain started I was far away from home base. This is mostly my fault as I refused to rent a scooter. So this isn’t really against the property itself. Just know that if it could be an issue for you then it might be. This is also made up by the fact that it is closer to the Muslim side of town that most visitors don’t see, and you can get great and way cheaper food than downtown.

The location was very convenient, not too far from the beaches and the town. It’s within 15 mins walking distance, the area is very quiet, away from the busy roads, it has nice local bars nearby. The property owners were very friendly and helpful. The bed is so comfy, I recommend it.

The room is way too small, not big enough for two people and the suitcases. They don’t provide with enough toilet rolls and we had to keep asking for one everyday, it didn’t provide with a hairdryer and had to ask for one, so, not too bad. The place is not very clean and the bathroom had a smell.

It was our best hotel in south east asia. The staff was a 10/10 super helpful and friendly. We also did a free tour they offer that was the best, lets you really grab the history and essence of Hoi An. The rooms were also perfect and the swimming pool even if small enough for a swim after tourism. The breakfast was also great; we took fresh fruit, banana pancake and juice and almost explote every morning!

I will say it is a bit far from the center if you don’t like walking not your place but you can always get a bicycle. Only point would be to make the hotel an 11/10 is that the bicycles will be for free 🤭

Staying here was such a positive experience! Waking up to the green view from the balcony every morning was a true delight. They provide free water downstairs, and the cleaning service is top-notch. You even have the possibility to hang out at a pool! You've got moto bike rentals just a short 2-minute walk away, with plenty of options along the same road for drinks and food. There's even a hairdresser across the street. The bed is super comfy, and the AC works like a charm. If you're after a cozy and spotless stay, this place comes highly recommended!

The only drawback was the lack of natural light in the room, meaning you had to keep the lights on throughout the day for any activities or work. Despite that, the prices are reasonable compared to other spots, and staying here almost feels like a touch of luxury. However, for long-term visitors or travelers, it might be a tad on the pricey side.

The owner went above and beyond for us, he was very helpful and kind he gave great reccommendations and you could tell he really cared about his guests. Big, spacious and very clean room. The drinking water station is a great addition and very convenient. The pool was clean. Location was ideal. Rating on this hotel should be much higher in our opinion, best stay we’ve had in Thailand!

Owners deserve 10/10. Nicest people I met in Thailand, and that says a lot, all Thai people are so nice. We liked the swimming pool, the room is rather big. Good value for money, we paid about 40 usd per night. Good Wi-Fi, good AC. The owners have negotiated preferential prices for trips and have made countless calls on our behalf to so many places. Right across the street there are ladies who cook good food from morning til late afternoon, it’s where we usually had our breakfast. 10 m up the street a family in a private house with big yard has a business of washing clothes. 10m farther more side road place with food from late afternoon to late evenings. These places have tasty food at incredible prices. Wherever locals eat, you know it’s a good place.

No closet in the room. Sometimes run down sheets. 1 towel per person. No long chairs by the pool. Rather long walk to the beach, up and down road. Hard not to take a tuk-tuk on the way back, when tired and loaded with stuff; prices increased, 120-150 baht one way. Hard mattresses and pillows.

Lovely refreshing pool. Spacious room and comfortable bed. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They have a very friendly dog too. They have a refill station for your water which is great, saves you buying more plastic bottles.

We took a room with a balcony which meant it was facing the road right outside the hotel. Not the owners fault but it was incredibly noisy with motorbikes and cars passing throughout the night. If this keeps you awake at night just make sure you get a room with no balcony and it should be quieter

Everything was perfect- the location was really quiet and just a short drive away from the city center. The staff was so nice helped with any and everything we needed. Pool was clean and nice! Cleaning service available everyday. Has a water fountain always available, and there’s coffee on your room everyday to enjoy. Plus: there’s a cheap food stall, laundry service and motorbike rental just in front of the house

I liked the cleanliness, my balcony and the decor in the room. The owner was attentive to every request I had, he even gave me a lift home one time and offered me local treats. The free water refills from the filter tap was much appreciated. I forgot some clothes in the wardrobe and they were kept safe for me several days later when I realised. I subsequently stayed here again.

The host was lovely. Made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us. The property was only a short walk away from the main part of town (around 10-15 mins) and there are a few restaurants nearby as well. Really enjoyed our stay :)
