We come to Amelia each year and really liked the Home2 Suites. Great property; clean, modern and comfortable, with nice kitchenette with good-sized fridge in the room. We especially appreciated the "green" focus, with real dishes at breakfast supplemented with paper (not foam) products, and recycling bins on every floor and in the room. Nice variety at breakfast. Staff was friendly, room spacious. Best of all, it's next door to our favorite ice cream place--don't miss a treat from there!

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Studio suite's kitchen facilities were a nice bonus in an otherwise standard-sized 2x-queen hotel room.

Breakfast was lacking, with the only hot options being pre-made but tasty omelettes, bland and soggy sausage muffins, and a single waffle iron for which the queue was too long to be useful. This was a surprise, given better options at other Hilton-family chains like Hampton Inn.

I like how it was in a central location for shopping and restaurants, and still had a pool even though it's close to the beach. There were red flags and incredible winds that made the beach not as enjoyable/unsafe to swim. The front desk had towels so we didn't use up all our bathroom towels or the towels we set aside for the beach.

The sign at the front is very easy to miss. It's very low, blends in with the scenery. Also, the bathroom near the pool really, really doesn't need recessed lighting.

Location was great. The front desk employees were awesome.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. None of the hot food was hot. There was no microwave to warm items up. And the female employee was so rude when asked a question. Other chain hotels like Country Inn and Hampton Inn breakfast are so much better.

The hotel is 10 minute walking from de beach, it has an excellent and big room (offers microwave, freezer..), very clean room and a standard breakfast (bagels, juice, waffles..). The gym was very good too!

The first receptionist did not accept my passport as my ID document, she wanted an ID with an address, but i'm not from the US.

The staff was very nice - always saying hello in the hallways. Fruit infused water is available all the time along with coffee and tea choices. It was a very clean hotel and the pool is nice.

I always wish there are more towels in the room without having to ask for them. But that's just me at every hotel I go to.

Stellar staff, location to all I needed during my visit, cleanest hotel I can remember.

GREATLY appreciate all the breakfast choices, so this is just a gnat bite: the sausage biscuits were very poor quality. Plus, not every human likes cheese on their ham/egg biscuit.

Instant hot water In kitchen and bathroom. Excellent shower and bathroom amenities.

Breakfast very disappointing since it was nothing but frozen food barely thawed and heated unlike the Hamton Inn just across the street that offered eggs, biscuits, bacon, grits, etc. Wi-fi coverage was horrible unless you chose to pay extra for upgrade.

This the perfect place to stay if you want a beach vacation without blowing too much cash in Amelia Island. My only suggestion would be to install and outdoor shower or rinse off spot near the entrance so we don't drag in the sand to your squeaky clean place!

Satellite television---with Florida weather, the rain always comes and always takes out the TV. Kids have nothing else to do!

Location, so close to the beach you can smell the salt water and feel the ocean breeze. VERY clean and d super nice staff. The breakfast is AMAZING
