Good location with public transport nearby, friendly staff, big comfortable room with quality AC and a TV.

There was a cockroach in our room.

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, both at the place of stay and before arrival. I had accidentally booked more than I intended to and they graciously agreed to reduce the number of days of my stay and give me a refund even though i had booked very late and they did not have to according to booking.com rules.

Very good location and reasonable price of the hotel, good internet. There was a table for a laptop in my room. A good kitchen where you can cook everything you need. The guesthouse administrator is very responsive and helpful - thank you :) Supermarket Billa is 5 minutes away. Food market is very near.

The shower room was cold in February.

A lot of space in room, and in apartament in general. Place is clean and well prepare for guests: room, kitchen, bathroom, guest and dinner room. Service is very helpfull. Location is very close to the center if not basicaly in. Public communication stops nearby (tram, bus, about 5 minutes to subway). Peace and quiet at night.

Very polite staff. Bathroom was always empty and good to use. Available terrace for smokers. Nice and quiet location.

Sheets and tollews were old and overused. Although clean , they definitely need renewing. But again for this price and this location, nothing to really moan about.

The rooms were super comfortable and clean and hosts were super friendly, with restaurant reccomendations and lots of leaflets and maps for free. We met many friendly guests, and the kitchen/common room was good for relaxing in together, with TV, cards and books. The shower is good in the bathroom too. Amazing value for money, we would stay here again!

A few of the kitchen supplies were a bit dirty, but this isn't unusual for a shared kitchen. Was a little tired paint/decoration wise. There is only one bathroom shared between potentially a lot of people, was fine for us as it was only half full, but could be tricky if busier!

I stayed here twice and for a little extra I got a nicer room. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is clean. The location and price are excellent.

The wifi router (annex building)is old and starting to die. It hangs sometimes, but the internet is otherwise good. It's an easy fix and will likely be remedied soon.

We had the double room with a balcony for 1 night (for couples) - It's in the heart of the city, everything is very close to you - The price is perfect, and no prepayments are needed - The host immediately contacts you and is very helpful even tho he doesn't speak English. I was able to leave my luggage behind for the last day so that we could enjoy our hiking trip - The mattress was soft and comfortable

The personnel was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The price was very good.

The guesthouse is in an old historical building which might need maintenance and for which, I assume, the guesthouse has no full responsibility.

Friendly staff who tried his best to communicate. We liked the location which is near the ladies market, good options to buy local food and fresh fruits.

Guesthouse wooden floor makes pretty loud creaking sounds. So sharing the place with other less considerate guests may be noisy.
