This hotel is just perfect. From the staff, views, food, pool, room, and even a small but well equipped gym. It's just far enough from the crazy busy traffic and partying streets for it to be a peaceful and romantic getaway by the beach but close enough that you can walk to the restaurants, bars and clubs, of soi 6, and beach road. Even shorter walk to terminal 21 the big new shopping centre of pattaya. The food at the Bistro didn't have much selection, but what I had was delicious. The breakfast has a big selection of western, Chinese, and some Japanese food. They cook the omelette fresh to how you like it. This place will be the place I stay at pattaya and would recommend anyone to stay here. Try it out for one night at least because you will want to stay longer. I had an amazing experience here and would like to thank all the staff for making my stay comfortable.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we’ve booked again for next winter. After staying in nearly all the top class hotels in Pattaya, I must say we do prefer this hotel. Not too big, great views, lovely staff, great service, rooms are superb, clean and comfy bed, clean pool, beach views and everything you want from a Thai Hotel, especially as the staff look after the hotel dog, Emma. Kind people x

No complaints whatsoever

I think the breakfast was catering more for the Asian market and not so much for Europeans but it was very nice nevertheless. Plenty of juice, eggs, yoghurt, crispies etc to suit most people. I was overwhelmed by the concierge guys at the front door who looked after Emma, the hotel dog, ensuring she was fed and got vet treatment. Such a wonderful touch for your hotel to do this and it shows compassion and I like that in a hotel, very caring. Guests like ourselves also fed Emma, who is a bear little dog. Thank you so much for this.

The Staff upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge which was wonderful We loved the Pool and our room was very good. The Sea view was amazing.Good shuttle service. The Bistro food was really delicious and also the coctails were great.

Noise from other guests coming in at 4:00 am next door to us doors slamming doors also funiture dragged around beside our room and upstairs so not much sleep without ear plugs.The Buffet breakfast, most things were cold or warm but all staff were friendly no personal touch like made cappucinos as they used a machine No great choices of food no salmon and for this standard of Hotel was odd so we were a bit disappointed at this.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool and the staff were excellent! This hotel was spotless clean. Will definitely come back as we only stayed a night, but this was already in our list of best hotels.

Beautiful lobby area. Comfortable large Bed, very large room size, Decor is very pretty in the room and the hotel in general. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Pool area is pleasant. Restaurant offers good choices.

The hotel is down a dark street and whilst it’s only a 10 minute walk to the start of the town, the walk is a little unpleasant, there is however a free shuttle bus every 30 mins and request to return. The air conditioner is DIRECTLY ABOVE THE BED and there is no way to control its force. We needed it on but now we both have colds. The beach area in front of the hotel is not worth bothering with as it’s rocky and small. The area is not very clean. The space behind the reception is cluttered and messy.

The bed was comfortable, and there was daily housekeeping. The room was spaciously clean, and the staff were very helpful, especially the concierge. The breakfast had lots of different choices on a daily basis. The area is very quiet with an amazing sea view. I love everything about the hotel, including the peaceful area. I recommend the hotel for family, which is children friendly and for someone who wants to stay around the peaceful sea. We will definitely stay here again. It was worth every penny.

The shuttle bus doesn't come every 30 minutes as told on the booking. We were supposed to call the hotel for a shuttle as we didn't have a Thai sim card we couldn't call them, so we were supposed to walk back. Tha ally walking back is a little scary at night.

The pool was very good size and never overcrowded and comfortable for the swimming. Big selections of breakfast.

Some staff were unable to communicate in English or Thai when asking for some information.

nothing really, but I think the pool steps should have more hand rails or steps need to be a different material for grip. Me and other guests have nearly slipped going into the pool, it could cause an accident.

Really wonderful rooms where you feel like a king. Stayed at the 8th floor with 2 rooms for family. Best bed in Thailand 🙌 super comfortable with sea view and the pool. LGreat café with good food and proper barista coffee. One of the few hotel rooms I actually enjoyed staying in. Wi-Fi is great and reliable and super important because many of us have to work on holiday too.

Breakfast cannot serve barista coffee and that’s not suitable for a 5 star hotel. Fitness close at 8pm which is too early.
