I recently stayed at Grande Centre Point Space, and it was an excellent option for families with kids of all ages. The hotel offers a range of activities and amenities specifically designed for children and Teens ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay. I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

I liked the balcony, the bathroom with big shower and bath tube, the LED lights in the room and rooftop, the overall design, the big variety of the breakfast, pool on top

the fitness area is somehow poor (lots of ergometers and running machines, too little muscle machines and free weights), the queueing for breakfast is not appropriate for the price of stay and the category of hotel (the first hotel I had to queue for breakfast), just one big room with the atmosphere and noise level of a train station (should be separated into more rooms), details like omlets or scrambled eggs could be offered already prepared and kept warm to avoid additional queueing

Maybe my expectations were just too high. We have stayed in another 5-star hotel in Bangkok (Okura Prestige) before coming to Space Hotel and the very high standard there cannot be reached by Space Hotel. Also, the room size is not correct. When you book, it shows 45 sqm. Well, because we are used to big hotel rooms, I immediately doubted that. So I measured the room and it’s 35 sqm. You have a width of less than 4m and a length of around 7-8m. Even including the small balcony that’s no way 45 sqm. It was still big enough for us with a little kid, but if we knew it in advance, we might have booked a bigger room.

It was a lovely hotel. Breakfast was fantastic although super busy so go earlier rather than later. There was a huge range. The water park was a huge attraction with free entry included with hotel room. The kids loved it

It is more expensive than some other hotels but if you are going to use the water park then the price is acceptable.

The hotel theme space was thoughtful. Its definately going for the Las Vegas / Macau theme hotel vibe. Lots of neat touches like elevators as space capsules, room ceiling night star and aura. Automatic air condition shut off once you open the balcony window. Complimentary ice and water. Its about 15 minutes walk to the nearest mall. There is a public tuk tuk that makes rounds to the nearest public Pattaya Beach, the Festival Central Mall and Marina for Baht 20 per person. The dinner buffet and bteakfadt excellent, very clean rooms.

The game room had no video games appropriate for younger kids like Switch. The staff at the game center were policing around but did not entertain the kids as I would expect from other 5 star hotels. The swim rings had a very plastic smell, totally made me nauseous! You were not allowed to take towels to the rooms, as such we were freezing the first time we had to parade to our rooms in wet suits in 20 degrees air conditioning. Pattaya beach is NOT suitable for swimming or kids as I found bottle caps, broken glass and as its near the infamous walking street, I am concerned what else kids might find. There is another pool upstairs but its not open to kids.

I didn't like the policy of blocking my card for the full payment prior to arriving. The hotel staff then proceeded to charge me the full amount again on arrival, and the amount previously blocked on my card was kept by the hotel's bank. This was done without my prior permission, and the hotel's bank are holding on to my money for at least another seven days, for no good reason apart from them gaining interest with my money and without my consent. I will not be booking again after being clearly duped into a bank based scam of using customer's money purely to make interest for themselves. This is a disgusting breach of trust and, if not illegal, certainly underhanded and unethical practice.

The hotel is the best kids friendly hotel. The space theme hotel is superb. So much activities to do for the kids. The waterpark is amazing and even better than in pictures, very clean with a lot of lifeguards. Despite the hotel is very full over the easter break, we always manage to find sunbeds. We were so amazed how clean they managed to keep the hotel, when there are so many hotel guests walking back and forth from the waterpark, they still manage to keep all the lifts, hotel lobbies and corridors dry. You see people cleaning everywhere. The staff are very attentive, quick and responsive service. The hotel facilities are just superb, and Terminal 21 shopping centre is a few minutes walk from hotel. Perfect place to stay will kids. Also love the adults pool on 31 floor, great view and quiet, away from the kids when you need some quiet time.

This property is massive. Its cater mostly for families with small children. Arriving at the hotel I felt like I was going to the airport and departing on a plane. I have never seen a check-in for a hotel this busy. The feeling I got was departing on a plane. The property is ran like an amusement park, something similar to Disneyland. It is very, very, well coordinated and organized. I work as a F&B Manager in a 5 Star hotel in Bangkok and I was thoroughly impressed on the scale of this operation. The staff are all very well trained and so polite. This was the biggest bonus. Everyone smiling and doing their job. I applaud the management team on this. For a property of this scale, they have done an extremely great job. The breakfast was great, massive choices of food. Good coffee. Good Breads and lots and lots of selections. My sons loved the breakfast the most, after the water park. This place is like heaven for young children and families. The rooms have a 55inch TV with lots of channels for entertainment. Our room were super clean and almost new. All the rooms have an amazing view of the ocean. Probably the best I have ever stayed at. This was one of the best hotels I haved stay in. Its not cheap, but it's worth the experience.

Everything was good. Prices are steep but it is what it is.
