It's been over a month since our stay here . I just wanted to write a great review . Great room! Great location! Great breakfast!!! And the service here ... Was awesome!! I can remember the ladies name . Middle age brown hair and her husband works doing maintenance there. We laughed because I also have worked in this business for 10 years and my husband also does maintenance so we had this in common. I have stayed in many places many hotels and for this price you do get what u pay for. And the hot tub was amazing! Thanks so much !

One of the few places to still offer smoking rooms. I requested a room on the end and it was nice and quiet with no disturbances. Rooms are always clean and comfortable, location is easy to get to and doesn’t feel sketchy or unsafe.

The wi-if is a little spotty. Perhaps it was because I was on the end, but I kept getting randomly kicked off and had to log back in. Also, a ceiling fan in the smoking rooms would help ALOT. There isn’t much airflow in the rooms even with the A/C fan on constantly and the window open. You don’t really want to keep your door open all the time, but the air gets stagnant.

I liked having the continental breakfast, especially the coffee and all the creamer I needed!! That made it very convenient not to have to go out for coffee and breakfast. They had a nice selection of breakfast items to choose from.

When I first received my room assignment, it was located at the top of the stairs right over the lobby. I am a light sleeper and that was not a good location for me. I requested a room change and they were very nice about giving me a different room. It was a nice stay after getting some good sleep!!

Facility was appealing inside and out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good & outstanding egg rolls !

BEDS were very uncomfortable - mattresses must have been old - saggy and soft

close to CSU campus, shopping, and the Charco-Broiler restaurant.

asked for a $100 room deposit, refundable within a few days after checkout. I’ve never paid a damage deposit for a motel or hotel stay before this.

Location is just outside of Colorado State University campus and Old Town Fort Collins. Too far to walk but an easy drive. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel is a bit dated but otherwise was very clean. Rooms are a comfortable size. There was a nice selection of breakfast items both hot and cold. A bit more than I'd otherwise pay for a property of this caliber, but understandable and typical on college game weekends.

It is a very nice hotel. Has a nice layout. The room was large and very comfortable to get around in. The bed was one of the mist comfortable I have ever found in a hotel. I had to leave early so didn't get a chance to see what the hot breakfast was like but did get some yogurt to go.

The time I had there was to short to be able to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. I didn't see an elevator to make the second floor easily assessable for people of limited mobility.

Bed was very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Parking was fairly limited, but we were able to find parking across the street from the hotel.

The staff was very helpful.

It was clean, convenient, and the staff was great! The hot tub was clean:)

The breakfast is serves from 6-9, which feel short after a late night.
