The location in Biarritz is perfect. Beach front, close to the center with shops and restaurants around. The staff were very kind and always attentive. The rooms were cleaned and well furnished.

There is no vehicle reception are at the hotel entrance which makes it difficult to unload your luggage. Furthermore, the hotel has no parking, and you are informed that the rather pricey Casino park is available. The rooms are well furnished but are rather small (probably just within the limits of the required area) making it difficult to move around with luggage - I am sure larger rooms are aviaalble at a premium. The breakfast was OK but the room also serve as a passage for another hotel exist, which makes it awkward.

The breakfast was outstanding with an enormous choice. I particularly liked the choice of bread, the salmon and the salad choice. The croissants were exceptionally fresh. Service at breakfast was exceptional. The location was very central.

Whilst I applaud the strategy to reduce plastic waste, I think it would be good to offer separate bottles of shampoo and conditioner rather than one Al-in-one bottle. Good to have evidence of payment when checking in as was told I hadn’t paid.

Breakfast was average. We paid via Booking.com then the hotel charged us again without our permission. Luckily we checked before leaving Biarritz. It took a few days further the refund to come through. Staff were very nonchalant and not apologetic about it.

The room with beach view was on the 7th floor with an excellent view of the ocean and VERY comfortable beds. Beds were very soft and smelled fresh. The bathroom was a shower with good pressure. The breakfast was included and was excellent with very attentive service. It provided a great number of options for muesli to hot breakfast. Check in was easy. Location was in the town and close to everything.

Small room. Towels were not changed out for dry ones. Liked in shower gel but the one in our shower was nearly empty and not filled over our 3 day stay. Parking was not included. Small bar/lobby area but adequate for location.

Pet friendly. Right next to the beach and very close to the city centre with plenty of eating/shopping options. Great breakfast variety as well

While parking facilities are available within a short walking distance, they are not directly connected to the property and could be a little troublesome. Only one small lift is available for the building - fits max 2 persons with some luggage space available.

Fabulous location, just in front of the beach and in the city center, 10-15 minutes by taxi from the BIQ airport. The breakfast was excellent, both sweet (croissant, pain au chocolate, pancakes, and a lot more) and salty stuff (bacon, eggs, French cheese, smoked salmon, etc), with high-quality yogurt in different flavors and fresh fruit. Large room with new furniture. All was very clean and comfortable.

We arrived early and the room was not ready but they said they would call us when ready after a short walk on the beach they called 30 mins later to say room was ready and we got in early. At check in the staff were friendly and helpful. Explained the city map to us for a walk about and where we could go at night to eat for a good choice and great atmosphere. Great location next to the beach. The breakfast was one of the best i have had in an hotel. Great choice and good food and looked after by very good and attentive staff.

We were booked to Hotel le Windsor and were invited to move to their sister hotel Le Suite two doors down. We would have been happy at either. It was lovely to try this new hotel and would recommend it for couples, solos and families as they have a range of rooms. It is so close to the beach and yet very quiet with soundproof windows and excellent air con.

Exceptional location if you’re looking for beach front. Couldn’t get any closer! Rooms were very clean and tidy, but very small. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Beautiful breakfast.

The rooms are very small. We were travelling as a family of 4 (we had 2 seperate rooms) and both rooms were tiny. That said- we weren’t in there much, just to sleep at night!

The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk from the beach, with shops and bars close by. The hotel itself is nice, with a bar in the reception area and a restaurant. Clean room with comfy bed. We were given a room with a view. Very welcoming staff. Upon arrival by car, you can drop bags at reception and then head off to the public car park (covered) at Casino, which is a two minute walk away. The breakfast included was lovely, with the best croissants ever.
