Rooma were very nice anc clean (daily housekeeping). At any moment, extra towels were brought to pool. Resturant and room service were very professional and food was very delicious. Pools are really nice, there was always free sunbads on any of 3 pools in the resort. Spa is really good and comfort. And staff, I don't have a words for their kindness and positive energy. Resort itself is really beautiful, and it is well maintained, lot of plants around. Communication on Whats App was very quick and any question was answered in very short notice. I have enjoyed.

Shower in toilets are fixed (there is no shower hose), but I don't like it just because I'm used on shower hose (personnal affiliation), who has same shower won't observe this at all.

First of all we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options(local and international). The staff were extremely friendly and were constantly asking us if everything was okay. They also have free transportation to some parts and beaches near the hotel. Our experience with the transportation was amazing since the driver made a lot of stops to many facilities and showed us around(it felt like a tour honestly), he was super friendly and we couldn’t be more satisfied with that. Would totally recommend it to anybody that wants a quiet place next to nature. I wish we knew all that from the beginning so we would book more days to the same hotel!

Swan Paradise was such an amazing place to stay. Originally booked 4 nights and ended up staying two weeks, we love it so much. Everything was clean and nothing was too much to ask for. We used the gym everyday and made good use of the spa facilities. The staff really made our trip exceptional. They were always so friendly and would greet us with a smile. Buffet breakfast was perfect and we were able to order fresh omelette and scrambled eggs. Would 100% come back to swan paradise.

I loved everything about it. The food was tasty, the evening dinners/ special nights well organized. The receptionists and everybody else was really kind and helpful. I’ve also enjoyed my 15 minutes massage. I’ve also really enjoyed the pool bar from which they served delicious cocktails and snacks. The outside space is absolutely stunning; ponds, garden, flowers, statues everywhere. Everything is well maintained and taken care off. Oh and the buffet breakfast was delicious!

Nothing to complain about. I will come back there.

This is our best experience abroad, the staff are amazing and super nice and very friendly, they helped us making plans and giving us important information. Also everything is clean and the swimming pool are amazing and they have good views. The food is very delicious. Also the lobby members are amazing and very friendly, they help us a loooot, and they have WhatsApp msgs support, so the life here became much easier because of they. This place is absolutely beautiful. Being the only resort in the area means that there isn't any traffic or local shopping. But they offer a free shuttle bus to Sanur and Ubud. If you're looking for a totally relaxing place, this is it. It's about 1 and a bit hours away from the airport. It's a huge place and also has a little bird sanctuary. Everyone is beautiful there from the office workers down to the gardener's. It's spectacular at night, walking back to your room and being surrounded by nature.

I loved everything, but Hubby had a sook about the stairs 🤣

The location was beautiful set amongst beautiful gardens. The hotel was comfortable and the food was good . Best part was the staff who were so helpful all the staff were fantastic . Special mention to Sutra and Gede and the gardeners who tend the garden daily … but everyone was brilliant. The staff put on a special new years party for all the guests .

Our stay at was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and nice decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from we are arrive until we are check out. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing, very huge and warm pool. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone of you!

Swan Paradise was an amazing experience to visit this breathtaking resort. This amazing property gave me the amazing Bali jungle feeling I was looking to experience. The landscaping on the property was top tier. Wonderful restaurant that delivered delicious breakfast & dinner. Super friendly staff that made me feel comfortable & welcomed at all times. The main pool was wonderful and provided excellent deep water swimming on hot Bali days. My room was spacious and well kept each day. 10/10 Thank you Swan Paradise for such a high quality experience. 🙏🏻 100% would visit again on a future trip.

Truly a beautiful secluded paradise nestled in between paddy fields in a remote location. The staff are so so lovely and make you feel so welcome and their genuineness is so palpable. Great food. Great cultural programmes. A huge area to roam around and explore and beautiful swimming pools everywhere! This truly was a pramana experience! We will never go anywhere else when we go to Bali again.
