The location here is really convenience to reach out everything, night market grab, good vegetarian restaurant and easy to connect with friends. And price is really convenience.
Air con in the living room is not working ^^, I hope the air con work because i want to spend more time reading and working at the hotel too.

This hostel covers all the basics; location, comfort, friendly & helpful staff and best of all cleanliness! 10/10 for convenience and comfort - lockers included inside and outside of dorms, a spacious bed with lamp, shelf and curtain for privacy. - super helpful staff with questions and booking of activities - good location just in front of Wat Phra Singh; walking distance to main attractions - extremely clean hostel; this includes the showers and toilets - quiet common area & kitchenette with coffee from 8-11am & water Thank you guys!
No activities going on if that’s what you’re looking for. But if you’re simply looking for a home away from home this is a good hostel!

Perfect location, right next to the Walking Street Market, cafes, restaurants and temples. The Bed was super comfy, the bunk had a curtain for privacy, and the bathrooms were always really clean. I booked an awesome trekking tour through them, and they stored my bags while I was away. While I was there I met a great group of people and everyone went out together one night. Good atmosphere without being a dirty party hostel. I extended my stay, and ended up returning after a trip to Pai. I know I'll be back, and I will be recommending this hostel to others. Special thanks to the owner for being so much help with everything from Visa paperwork, to restaurant recommendations!

Great location for temples and bars. The hostel staff were amazing they were so helpful and helped me book excursions at cheaper prices than the tourist shops. They recommended different food markets etc. You can also book a bus to Pai from here and they charged me half the price of the tourist shops, and much cheaper than anything I found online. The room was comfy, good showers. They let me borrow a towel for different day trips at no extra charge.

This property had a god location, 7/11 right around the corner along with food and other shops! Easily accessible to and from the airport. They also helped book some tours at the front desk and were friendly!
The aircon is shut off in the dorms for a few hours each day and with the heat there wasn’t much of an escape but it was manageable.

Everything, the staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to offer advice and to help book tours or travel. Comfy clean communal area as well as a kitchen where you can cook and eat with other guests. Beds are very comfy and the rooms/hostel are cleaned regularly throughout the day. Location is perfect, central in the old city. Close to temples, cafes, restaurants...anything you need really is close by. Thank you for a great stay.

I think hostels in the Old City in Chiang Mai have a great location in general. You can hail a Rodeng anytime or ride a Tuk-Tuk if you're into that. You can also just walk around and you'll find yourself surprised by how many amazing restaurants, cafes, and shops there are. I also liked how check-in was smooth. There were amenities that we could truly utilize for a large group like ours (14 travelers) such as the kitchen, toaster, oven, microwave, plates, mugs, etc. The property was also right at the corner and the view from our room was the temple which was a sight to see especially in the morning. 7-Eleven was a walk away~less than a minute and there's an ATM right outside the hostel so that's soooo convenient!
The second floor (or more like a mezzanine) where the kitchen was situated was sooooo hot and humid. We tried turning on the AC but we couldn't find the remote and since this was 5AM - 6AM, there was no staff. We come from the Philippines where everything is humid, dry, and hot too so it wasn't bothersome for us but the heat may be intolerable by other guests.

Perfect location, right in the centre of Chiang Mai, right on the street next to the Sunday Market which was so convenient. However I didn’t find it loud at night so that was great. Staff were so lovely and we were there when they organised a group trip which we attended and it was so much fun! Everything was clean, and they did our laundry too. Great value for money and would definitely recommend for a stay as long as you’re ok to share a bathroom, as no private bathrooms here.
Nothing really. I personally would prefer a private bathroom but I knew when booking there was not one and I found it absolutely fine! Everything is still individual cubicles.

Very nice hostel, perfect location among temples and next to Sunday market . Plenty of eating places around, 7/11 in the corner. Very kind staff, super helpful with everything you need , they helped me with the bit to Laos also giving me a better price. Laundry service, well equipped kitchen, lots of toilets and showers, new and clean rooms and equipment. Not a party hostel but the common room or the tables outside are nice to have a chat if you want
Wifi sometimes is a bit slow

I stayed in a private room so I couldn't speak of the dorms, but it was spacious. However, there was no private bathroom (probably didn't notice while booking). The location was great.
Wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom, which were male+female together. Also, bedsheets were kind of grainy and scratchy. I stayed in another hostel nearby before this one (private room also) and felt like the other place offered more for less money, so take that into account.
