One of the rooms was an interior room with no views and poor light (anycase it is difficult to have views in the place).

Well appointed and great location, the suites are down a small street right next to the main hotel, it’s very quiet and private. I had a one bedroom suite , it was a great size and had two balcony’s , one in the living area and another in the bedroom it also has a kitchenette with a sink and microwave etc. Good wifi and a huge smart tv in the living space and a second tv in the bedroom were also nice additions. Staff are lovely and helpful , it’s run by a family that obviously care about quality and it shows. There is also a little cafe and tourist kiosk available at reception. Excellent experience, I will definitely return. Highly recommended

TV chennels were not interesting. Mostly in Thai. Better have other options like Netflix, YouTube etc.

Loved our stay here, the staff is exceptionally nice! We arrived at 5.30AM with the night bus and were already expecting having to stay busy until check in which is usually at 2PM. The hotel manager was really nice and enabled early check in for us at 11AM, which was perfect as we went for breakfast and a massage. The room was always super clean and the bed was really comfortable. Had the best sleep so far in this hotel! Overall great location, great service, optional breakfast that you can pay which was perfect for take away for early day trips. They give you 2 water bottles for free everyday and also offer washing clothes for a fee. Would definitely come back!

Everything is very clean and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean and spacey rooms, comfy bed, black out blinds, good aircon, bottles of water everyday, daily laundry service for a small fee. Very good location close to temples, nice massage spas, restaurants and the sunday walking market is only a minutes walk away.

There was a decent size modern TV but I don't think it could be used. Would be nice to be able to watch netflix or other streaming service since a lot of things close quite early in Chiang Mai.

Such good value for money! Large comfy bed, large room and bathroom. Smart TV and fridge. They provide bottled water to the room everyday. Excellent location, close to the action but still a quiet night's sleep. They printed out our visas for us free of charge. Would recommend and would return.

Would be useful to have a mirror in the room and pillows are quite hard, but these are minor things.

Excellent location. Most of the massage stores we wanted to try are just within walking distance. One can just pop in any restaurants, cafe or street food vendors and just be amazed by their quality, as well as the cost. I need to highlight the lady at the reception (probably the owner), who went out of her way to help me when was a bit under the weather during my stay there. She was so caring and helpful, which definitely made a contribution to my speedy recovery. Will definitely return to this hotel when I am back in Chiangmai again. Highly recommended!!

It is at very nice location in the city. Also relatively quiet area. Many of city spots are walking distance. Host was helpful and nice. She arranged motorcycle rental also shower after checkout in reasonable price. I was second floor of suite so heavy luggage without lift was not a big deal. But it might be different by other conditions. I recommend to stay here. I will definitely stay here again if I go to this city again.

We loved the room and service. It feels indeed like a family. The bed was comfy, the shower amazing and it was very light. It is within the square of the old city, which makes it a perfect location. Everything was within a 30 min walk, even the 'new' part, outside the square was 35 min walk. They have an amazing (and reasonably priced) laundry service.

The accommodation was very cozy and had everything you need. Nice bathroom and furniture. Everything was clean. We especially liked the atmosphere, to take off the shoes outside the house. The house had a huge shared kitchen and living room, which was also very nice and you directly felt home. Furthermore, the location of the flat is very centrally in chiang mai so you can reach everything by short walk.
