Good Value for Money with very central location! Charming and clean rooms.

The Pre-Check-In procedure is very exhausting and a lot of personal data is asked for (even self-picture holding ID of each guest along front and back picture of each document). Host is saying personal data gets deleted after Check-Out but guest can not control if this has been really done. I do understand that, due to self Check-In, some data needs to be asked for but it felt this escalated too much via their platform.

Great location, parking spot near by, nice small balcony, restaurant next door, extremely spacious bathroom, bidet, fluffy white towels of all sizes.

Quite annoying check in system via VIKEY app, no flexibility regarding early check in and late check out, no leaving luggage options. Poorly equipped kitchen, no fridge in the room.

They need to add in the booking info that check in does not start until 3pm and that you can’t leave your bags there until then. We made it work, but thats not great for travelers. The courtyard where the rooms are is loud. Noise from the pizzeria is fine, you are in a city, but the restaurant dumpsters are below near the rooms (no smell or anything) but they were throwing glass into them a lot and it was very loud. It did seem to stop around midnight.

The location is just a few minutes from the city centre. It has a restaurant on the ground floor which you have a 10% discount if you reside there. The apartment has ample light everywhere with balconies and a lovely terrace. The bed is very comfortable and there is also a sofa bed which could sleep another 2 people. There is also a kitchen which is a plus if you plan to stay for longer days. The host is really friendly and polite. He showed us the apartment and if we needed anything we could just go in the floor below or call. We had problems with the tv. They came quickly to solve the problem. Reception is open between 3pm and 8pm so any problems they are available to assist. Sheets were clean and lovely. Air-conditioning in bedroom and also in the second room where there is the sofa bed. Good sized rooms and beautiful paintings on the wall.

Curtains would have been a nice addition since none of the rooms had any resulting in little to no privacy. we couldn't enjoy the sunlight properly in every room. The shower is a bit too small but manageable. A bathroom drawer was a bit dirty with old shower gels sachets that were left there but it didn't bother me. If i visit catania again it would still be my first choice to stay here.

The check in process was very easy and the staff we met was very friendly. The location was excellent, very close to the main attractions and in an area that felt safe. We highly recommend eating at the restaurant downstairs, as you have a 10% discount, and the food and vibes are excellent! We arrived by car and their recommendation for parking was very good - Parcheggio Trento. Slim chances you could find an available spot on the street.

Just as a personal opinion, I would have preferred a harder mattress, the one in room 5 was "sinking" a bit. My husband had no issues with it, so again, just a personal preference.

The location is in the city center, close to many attractions and restaurants/bars. We arrived with a car and parked it on the street in front of the place. We paid only few euros until 8 pm, and during night the parking is free. Anyway the street is busy so if you can't find a parking spot there, personnel will reserve private parking place for you (15-20€ per day). We booked a room with shared bathroom and everything was spacious and clean. Overall, it is definitely value for money!

Great location with a short walk to the daily markets and foodie street. The rooms are on the first floor of an apartment block. There is a shared kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities. The isn't tea and coffee making options or a fridge in your room. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Parking is available on the street,

It was hard to find reception. As the accommodation is in an apartment block, you need to buzz the intercom from the street to be allowed access into the building. We weren't advised which apartment number to buzz and had to ask the restaurant next door for help. They were helpful and had obviously been asked before and knew which number to buzz.

We arrived on St. Agatha's holiday, from this point of view it was a perfect choice. The room was clean, fragrant, with a huge terrace overlooking the inner garden, so we could enjoy the green vegetation. Large, spacious bathroom with shower and necessary toiletries. In the common kitchen, 2 refrigerators were also provided for the comfort of the guests. Very cozy place to stay, with secure QR code entry. Nirvana was very helpful, he communicated all the time after the reservation, if I had any questions. We personally met a very smiling, kind, helpful person. He provided us with really useful information about the procession. The neighborhood is equipped with everything, including a grocery store, bakery, pastry shop, fast food restaurants and a delicious hand-made restaurant. There is no elevator, the accommodation is on the first floor. The bed felt a little soft for my waist in the morning, but I've never had a worse bed. I really liked the welcome and the accommodation. The airport bus originally stops on the corner, now we didn't even have to wait for it because of the procession, we walked down to the Centrum, a comfortable 20-minute walk. I strongly recommend it to everyone, it's a good choice for a night or even a week.

Hair dryer may not be in the best condition. Since we stayed one night and used it in the morning, we couldn't speak. But we had no other problems, everything was perfect.

Safe location for solo travelers, friendly staff.

Check in available only from 3PM, you cannot even store your luggage, as there is no one available. A/C right on the bed side, for some it might be disturbing while sleeping with the airflow on. . Common spaces (kitchen area, stairs) seemed outdated for a place with "Palace" included in the naming. Just a side note about the city: despite the property being somehow near the center, it was dissapointing to see very dirty streets near by, not just because of the volcano ash, but also lots of garbage, litter, piss smell even on big streets.... I'd choose Catania just for transit (late arrival at night/morning flights), otherwise not worth a stop.

We had a late check-in by ourselves. Nirvana helped me about late check-in with all details, supported with photos. We didnt have any issue for late check-in. She helped us to find a trusted car park nearby, too. Room has street view with balcony. It has high ceiling. You are offered to use kitchen. Room is specious. Too close to city center. You are almost in the middle of city center in 5mins.

Hairdryer makes interesting smell, like burning something, and stayed for almost one day, could be because of old. Shampoo and shower jel were in a paper bag, which is not convenient, you cannot open it, if your hands are wet:) would be good to have different solution.
