Great Location, close to subway and the city centre; apartment was clean, it was not short of toiletries, well enough for the stay; the apartment is suitable for solo or couple’s travel

The apartment was not as spacious. In one of the nights guests in the neighbouring apartment were partying loud during the night.

We stayed at the Daisy apartment on the first floor, it is not looking towards the street. The location is near the city center, the apartment is overall a good value for money for younger people and younger couples wishing to stay for a few days and enjoy Prague. We had to shorten our stay and the manager was kind enough to approve so we're greatful for understanding.

As it is near the city center and as summers are getting hotter every year, A/C is a must. Not sure if possible. You might experience some cheerful guests or neighbours during your stay. Closing the windows helps. All in all, there shouldn't be issues with shorter stays.

two single sheets on the double bed. cramped for space. people out the back could see right into the room so curtains had to be pulled all the time.

The apartment itself was enough for 2 people, the kitchen is convenient, the bathroom is spotlessly clean too.

There was a very rude receptionist. When we got in, she was sorting her problems on the phone and didnt pay any attention to us until a lovely blond lady (sorry, I didnt ask her name) kindly spoke to us. Also, we didnt find a remote control in the room. When we phoned her, she reacted weirdly and we said we'd go downsteirs to explain our problem. She asked what flat we were in; we asnwered "fresia", she looked at us surprised saying that she doesn't understand, even when we pointed at the name of the apartment, printed on a sheet of paper on the door the door in front of her, she said that she didnt understand. Again, the problem was only solved by a lovely blon lady. The cooker is kind of slowly and the table is wobbly.

The house is a historical building with tall ceilings and great atmosphere. The room was clean and well-equipped and what you see on the pictures is what you get. Insanely good value for money. Good kitchen (but bring a kitchen towel) and modern bathroom.

There were no major negative points, the only thing was that the heater in our bathroom was also that of the neighboring room, so it was noisy whenever someone in the other room used hot water. But that is only a very minor inconvenience.

The entrance and stairwell looked like a war zone. There was construction on the first floor (no problem, we understand) but it looked like the stairwell hadn't been cleaned years. The biggest worry was that, despite their security measures, which included entry codes and a lockbox, the front door didn't lock. The only security between you and the street was the door to your room.

Property was clean,our fridge had an issue and when we contacted the admin team,they sent someone to come check the fridge out almost immediately which we did appreciate their urgency to fix the issue very quickly. Overall was a solid 9/10 satisfaction

Would have preferred a double duvet rather than two single duvets.

Nice staff who speak well english. They'll explain to you all you have to know. The appartment we got was large enough for 2 persons, was kinda similar with the one in the advertising photo. Has a veeery comfortable bed, a large tv where you can watch only Netflix and a small kitchen with a table and two seats. The bathroom was simple but practical and I found the shower really good. No problems with the cold/hot water. You'll find towels, toilet paper, an hairdryer and some small shampoos. The kitchen has a frigo, an electric stove and various appliances (like a microwave and a heating kettle which I found really useful). It was equipped with most kitchen tools (cutlery, glasses, plates). Also we had some instant coffee and tea from the house. The appartment it's at 15 minutes walking from the old town. I found it really close.

Firstly I didn't appreciate the fact that we had to pay a guarantee for the time there, but I understood that it is their policy. And secondly I didn't quite enjoy the floor, covered with an old parquet and it was really creaky. But, overall I guess it's a nice choice for a short stay in Prague and definitely don't regret it.

It was properly cleaned and we were allowed to check in early as soon as the room was cleaned.

Though there are rules that there should be no noise after 2200-ish, we still here banging of doors late at night and there’s someone even knocking on our door early in the morning like 0200-0300. Apart from that, our stay was fantastic.
