The hotel was perfectly located to be in between the city’s main attractions. Less than a mile away from the Charles Bridge and the old town to the west and the rolling hills to the south and west. Plus many fine restaurants were less than a few minutes walk away and a couple 100 meters away from the nearest tram station. The accommodation was always clean, with an ample sized, comfortable bed. Service from the front staff was excellent. They were always friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about all the local attractions.

Property was clean, warm and easy to find. Beds were comftable and only a ten min walk to the clock! Staff were friendly and helpful

The lift is old and a bit scary, the water pressure was also not to its best ability but managed to get a shower every morning which was hot

The hotel did not have a food service when i stayed, jbut there were plenty of good places to eat very near by so that wasnt a problem for me.

The staff were all friendly and helpfull, and the cleanliness was excellent. Nothing to complain about in that aspect. Location was great, near enough the center but not smack in the middle. If theres something that i could complain about the locarion, that would be the nearness of the church and its bells ringing out on the hour ,every hour, especially at night. I found that a bit annoying.

Had to wait until 2PM to check in but they did offer us to store our luggage and baggs until check-in time which came in handy. Awesome location (close to metro and in a walk distance from main tourist attractions). Friendly staff especially the two younger ladies. Comfortable bed. Overall nothing too fancy but good value for the price I'd say.

-Cleaning lady left our room open after cleaning on day 4. She did not close the door properly and it stayed open. Luckily we were waiting for her to finish downstairs at the reception so they weren't open for too long and none of our stuff went missing. (Still a huge miss). -Shower flaucet could be a bit stronger.

Good little hotel. Conveniently located near to Praha Florenc bus terminal so good for those coming in on a bus. Staff allowed us to leave our bags with reception all day both before and after our stay. Room was good: comfortable beds, felt clean, fairly sizeable, and bathroom was dated but worked. Had a great stay!

Walls were a bit thin. Also would be nice if some coffee/tea was provided.

Location in the city

We were told we would have a city view. Our view was the back of a larger building and parking lot with a big a loading dock that was incredibly busy and loud at 5-6am. Waking is up every morning. Imagine dumpsters of recycled glass being dumped every morning and the constant beeping of delivery trucks.

The room in the hotel was spacious and comfortable. The price was not excessive. The size you get for your room is comparable to more expensive hotel options nearby. The hotel was a short walk away from the river, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The walk to the stop of the nearest tour bus was not too far.

There was no option for breakfast, and the safe in my room was locked, with no way to open it or make use to of it.

The Check-In was easy, the receptionist friendly. We arrived too early, so we could leave our baggadge there to explore the city.

The door to our room didn't look very safe. The bathroom wasn't as comfortable as you'd expect for the price we paid.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location was amazing too. There is a tram stop just down the road which gives you quick access to anywhere in Old Town. Overall, I was very happy with the stay.

The shower pressure and lack of AC were the only downsides, but manageable for the price of the room. We were supplied with a fan when we asked reception too which was perfect.
