So clean, great staff, we were celebrating our 16th anniversary and a birthday and the staff sent us a nice treat of delicious macaroons and a personalized handwritten card, so thoughtful of them. We ordered for breakfast in the room, it was amazing. We are so glad we chose Le Germain, Maple Leafs Square. Thank you.

Having a bathrobe was great, please throw in a pair of slippers as well to complete the picture.

Location was great. Very close and convenient to attend Scotiabank events and Blue Jays at Rogers Center. Longos grocery store has direct inside access from hotel as well as LCBO and other retail stores and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. Walk in shower was nice and convenient. Called front desk regarding a couple minor issues and they responded with staff very quickly. Hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable. They had complimentary umbrellas available for guests to use in case it rained. A concierge was available in the lobby but we didn't use for this trip.

Check in was a bit slow. Two front desk service were on duty but one was on the phone dealing with a reservation the entire time while the other staff handled the lineup of guests waiting to check in.

Room was big. Lots of storage was available. Beds were comfy and room temperature was excellent. Lights were ample and have an option to dim or bright.

The blinds for the shower area should have controlled from inside shower NOT from outside of shower area. Anyone can open the blind while you are in the shower. That was a bad design. Breakfast should be better. It had very limited choices. It's better to order breakfast from Uber eats than having it in hotel.

Perfectly located adjacent to Scotiabank arena. Could access from indoors to a semi private entrance where there was no wait. Great restaurant A short walk away Real Sports. Also a,very short walk from train station and Hockey Hall of Fame. Impeccably clean and comfortable.

Buffet breakfast was very overpriced, and not worth it. Very plain and no waffles, French toast or pancakes in buffet. Coffee didn't taste all that good

The cocktail lounge does not open until 4pm and closes at 10pm. This was on a Thursday night and Hans Zimmer was playing a sold out concert that night. We were looking for drinks before 4 and after 10 but had to go elsewhere. Why have it at all? It’s not there for the people staying at the hotel.

Clean, up to date furnishings. The bed was super comfy, one of the best hotel sleeps I’ve had in a long time. It was conveniently located to Scotiabank area and union station, which made it easy to get to where I was going. Also, the station, venue, and a grocery store are all connected. If the weather had been terrible, we could have stayed inside.

It was a little pricey for one night, but the convenience of the location and not having to trapeze all over to get to our room made up for it.

We loved being on a higher floor on this stay. Was so much quieter this time, in comparison to our last stay. Staff is always super friendly & helpful. Will not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

I cannot name one thing we didn't like. The hotel is located right next door to Scotiabank Arena, and is a (very) short walk to whatever else you desire...shopping, restaurants, Metro for longer jaunts. Love it here!

Cleanliness of the hotel, 5 star appearances, lobby, hallways ambience & lighting incredible experience. Layout of the room was exceptional the designers should be commended due to the absolute comfort of the room, optional mini bar & snacks were an incredible thought. Location was incredible, walking distance to so many venues even close enough to check out the St. Lawrence Market to load up on favorites.

Lack of hooks in the room for jackets & towels and possibly milk or cream in the mini fridge for tea or coffee.

- the housekeeping team was excellent. no matter what time of the day and night I leave my room and press the housekeeping button, I come back to see my bed done and the entire bathroom and bedroom cleaned immaculately! they operate 24 hours around the clock and this is pretty rare for most hotels - at the breakfast/dining lounge I got free coffee and didn’t have to pay because I didn’t eat anything at the buffet. super kind waiters and kitchen staff! - the rooms are spacious and had a round sofa with an ottoman, plenty of space to lay flat two large suitcases and more. desk is long and has usb chargers and outlets on the side, perfect to do your makeup - windows can be open as air can be quite stuffy in the room - amazing bathroom design with abundant complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash of a good brand - body lotion and hairdryer included - spacious wardrobe to hang your coats - compartment to place your carry on while it’s open and fits perfectly

- one of the receptionist/lobby lady was kind of rude, I heard her making racist comments about my name but the rest of the staff were sort of helpful, could be better though considering this is 9/10 hotel on booking.com - the lobby leading to the rooms were sort of dark and could have more lighting (it felt like going through some trippy matrix scene) and doesn’t compliment well with the design of the hotel

Everything was amazing. Room size and suite was perfection. I was most impressed by the front desk staff named Hannah (may be incorrect spelling) , however, she really went above and beyond to make my partners birthday special. She was very sweet and accommodating. I’m a big customer service person, so she definitely increased the probability of me staying here again.

There wasn’t an iron in the suite, which we found to be funny, considering all of the other amenities and upgrades to the room
